  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our acute mental health teams in St Albans/Stevenage. There may also be options to work at our site in Kingfisher Court, Radlett.</p> <p>The postholder will provide occupational therapy expertise within the multi-disciplinary team, including specialist assessment, individual, and group work intervention. They will have a leadership &amp; supervisory role in the OT team. The teams consist of occupational therapists, a physiotherapist, arts therapists, a horticulturalist, psychologists as well as a full MDT.</p> <p>There are regular opportunities to network with other OTs to share ideas and good practice, engage in CPD and funded external courses including Masters or PGDip level study in a variety of specialties such as Sensory Integration, Trauma Informed Care &amp; Reducing Restrictive Practice.</p> <p>Dependent on the successful candidate's experience, this post will either commence as a Band 6 post, or as a Band 5-6 Development post. Robust supervision from the Band 7 and 8 OTs with growth opportunities will support the post-holder to transition successfully from a Band 5 to a Band 6 level using a bespoke training package and competency framework. Ideally individuals will make the transition to Band 6 within six months of starting in post however this will be assessed on an individual basis. </p>

The Occupational Therapy team are looking for a band 4 Occupational Assistant Therapy Practitioner (ATP) to be based at Kingfisher Court, Radlett to support the established OT service.   <p>We are expanding our team of
clinicians to deliver our clinically proven intervention at our James Place
centre in London. As a Suicide Prevention Therapist, you will be an experienced
mental health professional or therapist with demonstrable interest in suicide
prevention. You will support men who are experiencing a suicidal crisis and
their supporter(s), delivering our unique intervention and co-producing
effective safety plans to maintain their safety. Training and support will be provided
by the Head of Centre in London and the wider James Place team.</p><p><strong>To apply, please

  <p>Suicide is the leading cause of death of men under 35 and three quarters
of those who die by suicide are men. James Place exists to save the lives of
men in suicidal crisis through delivering clinical services. We are a charity currently
offering free, life-saving therapy to suicidal men at our centres in Liverpool,
London and Newcastle. </p><p>James Place was set up by Clare Milford Haven and Nick Wentworth-Stanley
in 2008 after their twenty-one-year-old son, James, died by suicide ten days
after a minor operation. James had no history of mental illness or depression
and had sought urgent help for anxiety and suicidal thoughts but didnt find
it. </p><p>James' Place was
set up to make the experience of finding help as easy as possible. We offer men
who are experiencing a suicidal crisis a brief, intensive, therapeutic
intervention in a safe environment. Men who walk through the door at James
Place will be in a space where they feel valued and respected. We provide
a calm and peaceful environment both inside the centres and in our outside
spaces, accessible to men who visit us as well as their friends and
families.We have so far treated over 4,300 men who might otherwise have
been unable to access the support they desperately need.</p><p>In early 2026 we
will be opening our fourth centre in Birmingham. Our new centre in Birmingham
will be there to support suicidal men living in the West Midlands.</p>

<p>Croydon Drop In (CDI) are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Volunteer Counsellors on Placement to work within our award-winning Voluntary Sector services. The post-holder will work within our safeguarding protocols to provide safe interventions for children and young people using evidence-based methodologies. <p>Counselling training providers usually require you to obtain a certain amount of client contact hours with adults i.e. 18 years plus, therefore it’s important to note that the majority of clients accessing our CDI counselling services are under 18 years of age. As a student placement provider, CDI makes for an ideal 2nd placement that will ensure you have adequate young people contact hours, largely under 18 years of age, providing you with the learning experiences you need to meet the competency requirements of your training course and provider. <p>Croydon Drop In (CDI) are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Qualified Volunteer Counsellor to work within our award-winning Voluntary Sector services. <p><strong>The Vacancy</strong></p><p>A fantastic opportunity has arisen within PAM Occupational Health Solutions for an&nbsp;<strong>Occupational Health Technician</strong>&nbsp;to join our OH Screening Team within the Private/Public sector and support some of our well-established clients.</p><p><strong>Covering - Luton. with some cover in London area&nbsp;and willingness to travel UK Wide ​- Will involve a partial use of Mobile Screening Unit &amp; Car allowance provided</strong></p><p>You will be expected to contribute to the Occupational Health Screening division’s success, working closely with your regional colleagues, other associated clinicians and client services colleagues to ensure the delivery of Safe, Effective, and Quality Occupational Health services.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for the support and delivery of Occupational Health Services on various contracts from construction to the food industry, providing a high-quality health screening service to our client's employees, whilst increasing the business quality through effective relationship building with employees &amp; managers.</p><p><strong>Traveling is a key part of the role as the role is peripatetic and a willingness to travel UK-wide is needed to attend training and cover annual leave and sickness absence, however, PAM will always look to minimise this.</strong></p><p>Hours/Working Week are Monday-Friday 40 hours per week.</p><p><strong>Key accountabilities &amp; responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Conduct all aspects of health surveillance and fitness for work medicals/safety critical medicals in line with client standards and requirements</p><p>Drug and alcohol screening</p><p>Ensure that all documentation is uploaded to OHIO in the relevant areas</p><p>Store all data in line with Data Protection Principles</p><p>Maintaining confidentiality at all times</p><p>Ensuring KPI’s are met</p><p>Ensuring consistency of service delivery</p><p>Monitoring OHIO compliance to ensure that all information is correct and complete</p><p>Ensuring an excellent customer experience</p><p>Keep working practices in line with company accreditations including ISO 9001, 27001, SEQOHS, RISQS, and IIP</p><p>Ensure all medical equipment is calibrated and safety tested</p><p>Providing support to new team members</p><p>Escalations are conducted appropriately</p><p>Work in collaboration with all members of the OH Team</p><p><strong>Skills, Experience &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Sports Science Qualification or similar/Occupational Health Technician experience delivering health screening/medicals is preferable but not essential</p><p>Competent at managing client communication</p><p>Highly organised and process-driven individual</p><p>Ability to liaise with other departments and colleagues to achieve results</p><p>Results orientated and customer-focused</p><p>IT Literacy</p><p>Effective communication skills.</p><p>Ability to collate, prepare and deliver wellbeing content</p><p>Good organisation skills, the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise.</p><p>The ability and commitment to desire to be part of a team that seeks to provide the highest levels in a professional services business.</p><p>Understanding of Confidentiality</p><p>Good report writing skills</p><p><strong>Our Values &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul>	<li>We pay your auto-enrolment pension contribution of 8%, you can also make enhanced contributions which are matched up to a further 5%</li>	<li>33 days annual leave including bank holidays with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days (FTE)</li>	<li>Life insurance scheme valued at 4x your annual salary</li>	<li>Income protection</li>	<li>Health Cash Plan Scheme, which covers you for things like Opticians, Dental Treatment and even Physio if needed!</li>	<li>Perkbox membership with amazing discounts on things like food and drink, retail and days out, all through our rewards scheme</li>	<li>Long service rewards</li>	<li>Flexible Working Hours</li>	<li>Access to a 24/7 EAP Counselling line and a 24/7 GP line and wellness support</li>	<li>Support with training and development</li>	<li>Group Income Protection</li></ul><p>At PAM we are passionate about people and delivering our Everyday Things That Matter Values and Behaviours to our customers and our colleagues.
