I am responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, assist in providing psychosocial interventions and activities of daily living.Some of the essential skills and experience required for this role include:<ul>	<li>A qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with 6-12 months post registration experience with active NMC validation completed.&nbsp;</li>	<li>I adhere to NMC code of conduct and professional practices and maintain registration with NMC.&nbsp;</li>	<li>I have relevant experience of working with mental health needs with sound clinical reasoning skills.</li>	<li>I have working knowledge and understanding of mental health issues and the ability to recognise the indicators of deteriorating mental health.</li>	<li>I have working knowledge and understanding of current legislation, such as the Mental Health Act, DoLS and the Mental Capacity Act.</li>	<li>I am able to deliver a range of treatments /interventions in a person-centered and non-judgmental manner.&nbsp;</li>	<li>I am able to demonstrate flexibility, creativity and positive risk taking when developing support packages/care plans. 	&nbsp;</li></ul>Who are we? &nbsp;&nbsp; We’re Rethink Mental Illness, a leading charity provider of mental health services in England.
