The course you will undertake is a one-year PG Dip Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. (A part-time route is also available.   <p>Are you interested in a career in the field of eating disorders dietetics? We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Registered Dietitian to join our team of dietitians working within a large specialist mental health and learning disabilities NHS Foundation Trust. This rare and exciting post provides an opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the Adult Eating Disorders day service This post will involve working with service users who have been referred to intensive day treatment within the community. The post will involve working in a small team of nutritionists, band 6 and 7 dietitians and various MDT members. The post holder will have the opportunity to participate in policy development, audit, research activities, pathway development, staff and student training.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Candidates should be a Registered Dietitian, preferably with some experience/placement exposure of working in a mental health setting, with excellent communication and IT skills. A working knowledge of behaviour change and motivational interviewing would be desirable. Regular clinical supervision with the Specialist Dietitian will be provided and there will be a strong emphasis on Continued Professional Development and post-graduate training.</p>
<p>We can either recruit a Band 6 Specialist Dietitian or a band 5 Graduate Dietitian supporting development to a Band 6 level, dependent on experience. (please refer to both job descriptions attached).</p>

  <p>We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior CWP/EMHP to come and join our mental health support team on a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will assess the needs of children and young people, in relation to their emotional and mental well-being, offering counselling to help them to address these issues.</p><p>You will participate in team development, training, regular supervision sessions as well as attending all team meetings and will help to contribute to the further development and sustainability of the service.</p><p>You will also be accountable for personal conduct and professional practice in relation to all relevant legislation and according to Sunderland Community Children and Young People's Mental Health Service (SCCAYPMHS) policies and procedures.</p><p>You will keep accurate and appropriate records of the work carried out including contributing to the provision of accurate statistical information using the relevant outcome measures used by the service.</p><p>The post requires effective and creative work, and may involve some evening and weekend work. to be part of Sunderlands Mental Health Support Team The Health Heads Team
as a Trainee Education Mental Health Practitioner. This is a training post in
conjunction with Northumbria University. 
The trainee Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) will work closely with
schools across Sunderland to support the delivery of the national Mental Health
Support Team (MHST) model. MHSTs are school based mental health service
focusing on early intervention and prevention, offering Low Intensity CBT
interventions for mild to moderate difficulties, supporting the development of the
whole school approach and offering consultation, advice and training. EMHPs
work on a 1:1, with parents/carers and deliver groups in the education setting.
</p><p>To access the
university course potential candidates will need to be educated to degree level
and have experience of working with children and young people ideally in a
school environment. </p><p>Candidates who are successful at shortlisting will be invited to an open

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We have a fantastic opportunity within our
Sunderland Mental Health Support Team to train as an Education Mental Health
Practitioner. </p><p>The post holder will be expected to commit to
training at Northumbria University whilst working with schools within our
Mental Health Support Team to gain the knowledge and clinical experience in
order to achieve a Post
Graduate Diploma in Mental Health and
Emotional Wellbeing Studies in the Education Environment and qualify as an Education Mental Health Practitioner. 

Our EMHPs work across Sunderland schools to support the implementation of the
National Mental Health Support Team model, supporting children and young people
with their mental health and emotional wellbeing needs. </p><p>The post holder will work in our established teams
to fulfil all 3 functions of a Mental Health Support Team including the
delivery of Low
Intensity CBT (LICBT) evidence-based interventions in particular around anxiety
and low mood. They will work collaboratively with schools to deliver Whole
School Approach, build positive mental health culture, awareness and emotional
resilience through workshops, assemblies, and whole school activities, and they
will work with educators to provide regular consultation and timely advice
around children and young peoples mental health.</p><p>If this is

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for an experienced mental health professional to join our Service Access Team as a Community Mental Health Co-ordinator, within North Tyneside Specialist Community Psychology Service. The role supports patients from the point they access the service, through the assessment process and into treatment. You will also liaise both internally within the service and externally with other agencies to ensure that clients receive the best possible care while assessing patients suitability for a range of therapeutic interventions within the service.</p>
<p>The successful applicant will demonstarte sound decision- making skill within service procedures and guidance.</p>

Community Mental Health Coordinator

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>To contribute to the development of provision of child and adolescent mental health services across the boroughs of Northumberland, including the development and provision of Mental Health Support Teams.</p>
<p>To increase the awareness of the needs of this client group at primary care level through the sharing of clinical knowledge and expertise using a model of consultation/liaison/teaching and training/research and development with primary care colleagues. This will also include awareness of the 3 core functions of the Mental Health Support Teams - the provision of 1:1 evidenced based interventions, consultation/ advise and signposting role and delivery of the whole schools approaches with school settings in the trailblazer areas.</p>
<p>To participate in service improvement projects to ensure the needs of children and young people are at the forefront of delivery. This will include consideration of service evaluation data and joint working with other agencies and partners across the system. Collaborative working across the emotional and mental health pathway is essential and coordination of resources to ensure efficient and equitable provision.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To support the development and continued provision of current Mental Health Support Teams and the successful deployment of future teams across Northumberland. This will involve service development and improvement projects, as well as collaboration with our partners i.e. schools, colleges, early help teams, universal services, specialist services.</p>
<p>To provide clinical and case management supervision to clinicians within the service, ensuring high quality care and patient safety is paramount to service provision. To contribute clinically, by way of holding a caseload of young people to which support is being offered and to support with the wider role in relation to offering advice, guidance and consultation.</p>
<p>To support the service leads to ensure financial efficiency and effective use of resources.</p>
<p>To identify any gaps in service provision and to help develop services to meet the needs of this client group.</p>
<p>To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of collective leadership culture within the service and Trust.</p>
