<p>If you’re an Associate Specialist looking for a new opportunity to join a friendly multidisciplinary team in an established secure service setting, then come and work at the Chimneys, a rehabilitation level 2 for women.</p>
<p>As the Associate specialist, you will provide clinical assessment, review and evaluation to the service users under the care and treatment of the hospital. You will ensure that all treatment plans are fully adhered to or escalated if they are not being. The doctor will take a specific focus on physical health, food and fluids and risk management across the wards working closely with the medical team, physical health nurse, ward manager, and wider MDT.</p>
You will also ensure the high quality first-line medical care of our inpatients, liaise effectively with external professionals and carers, provide written and oral evidence for Hospital Managers’ and Tribunal hearings, work towards safe discharges including preparing discharge summaries, reports and other necessary documentation and be a valued and effective member of the multidisciplinary team at The Chimneys.&nbsp;

<p>You will be working alongside RC for the service, as well as the wider MDT of which they form an integral part. There is a regular multi-disciplinary Team meeting daily so that care and treatment is adequately planned and any risk managed in real time. The team has dedicated administrative support which is based within the hospital.</p>

  <p>Wellbeing Suffolk service is a NHS Talking Therapies programme, providing primary care assessment, advice and psychological interventions to people in Suffolk, who want help with common mental health problems of anxiety and low mood. Interventions are delivered both face to face and remotely through telephone and video call. </p> <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a <strong>Step 3 Clinical Supervisor </strong>with extensive experience of delivering CBT, to join our team. The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical supervision (including case management) to Step 3 clinicians, ensuring supervisees work safely and professionally, adhering to NICE guidelines and professional/service guidance. </p> <p>Applicants must hold full accreditation with the BABCP and will have experience of offering clinical supervision to other therapists.</p> <p>This is a permanent position. The service has sites in Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich. There will be an expectation of both working from service sites and home working. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As part of the role you will be involved in assisting the clinical leadership team in supporting and developing the High Intensity part of the service and helping the service achieve its required key performance indicators. </p> <p>You will also be responsible for your own, small caseload. Providing assessment and treatment for people presenting with common mental health problems, within the NHS Talking Therapies framework.</p> <p>This service is delivered via a partnership between Norfolk &amp; Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT) and third sector providers. We deliver a bio-psychosocial model which includes psychological, employment and social interventions across the county. Our treatments are delivered face to face, by telephone or MS Teams video call and online via webinars.</p>

Do you have a professional qualification in nursing, social worker, therapy or equivalent?</p> <p>Suffolk Early Intervention CAMHS is looking to recruit Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, or Therapists to join us as a Band 6 Primary Care Mental Health Worker (PMHW) in our Under 18 Wellbeing team on a full time 12 month fixed term contract. There may be potential for a full time role at the end of this period although it is initially advertised as cover for a secondment.</p> <p>It is an exciting time to join our service as we make the transition to a place-based approach (3 locality teams - East, Central and West Suffolk) working closely with partners across education, health, and social care.</p> <p>The roles will be based in our East and Central localities.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The PMHW is a diverse and interesting role, working holistically within an MDT, alongside Children's Wellbeing Practitioners (CWP), Psychological Therapists and Counsellors. PMHWs:</p>
<ul>
<li>Offer consultation and training for schools and professionals</li>
<li>Facilitate groups for parents and support delivery of therapeutic groups for children and young people</li>
<li>Present webinars on children's mental health</li>
<li>Undertake assessments and direct work with children, young people, and families, managing a caseload</li>
</ul>
<p>This role provides you with many opportunities for learning about wider mental health issues for children, young and families and service pathways. You will need to have a good understanding of mental health difficulties, assessment, theoretical knowledge, and a range of therapeutic interventions.</p>
