The kind of person we're looking for will:<ul><li>Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC</li><li>Be a specialist with proven skills and experience to assess, formulate and support the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs</li><li>Have experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences</li><li>Be a confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer</li><li>Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative</li><li>Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people</li><li> Be a member of a multi-disciplinary team, receiving regular supervision and supported in your CPD </li><li> Have lengthy sector experience and a background in team supervision are all vital </li><li> Be a car driver, as there's some travel involved </li></ul>This is a great opportunity to change young lives and have a positive impact on their future.
