  <p>General responsibilities include:</p>

<li>This is a clinical modality lead position which requires expert clinical as well as managerial responsibilities. Leading a team of radiographers and ancillary staff to provide high quality and efficient CT service to the Trust and wider NWL and private sector.</li>

  <p>We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events Manager to join our Care Team at Shooting Star Childrens Hospices.</p><p>Shooting Star Childrens
Hospices provides specialist care and support to families who have a baby,
child or young person with a life-limiting condition, or whose child has died.
Rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, we support families across
Surrey, north west London and south west London from diagnosis to end of life

Care Events Team provide an extensive programme of groups and events for the 800
life limited children, their families and bereaved families. There are themed
family events, social groups for siblings of different ages, pamper days for
mums, counselling groups, bereavement cafe, memorial days and many festive
events such as ice skating at Hampton Court. Taking place at our hospices and
in the communities we serve, there are 5 to 6 events each week, offering important
opportunities for families to make memories together.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The
Care Events Manager is responsible for the delivery and oversight of the annual programme of events. The Care Event Manager
leads the <em>Care Events Team</em>, including an Events Assistant, Events
Management Intern, Counsellor and care events volunteers, and working with family
support workers, childrens therapists and counsellors to deliver an incredible
programme of creative and inclusive experiences. The Care Events Manager works
alongside the Lead Therapist and Lead Counsellor to ensure that family support
at Shooting Star Childrens Hospices is everything the children and families
need it to be.</p><p>At a weekly meeting, the team are made aware of children
and family members who are struggling and think together about where they might
benefit from the opportunity to spend time with others who share similar
experiences or receive group therapy. Utilising professional events management
skills, each event is planned meticulously to be a safe and inviting space.
Providing this opportunity for families is integral to their mental wellbeing.</p>

  <p>We are seeking a Clinical Specialist Renal Dietitian to work in our multi-disciplinary therapy team. Lead by a Clinical Lead Renal Dietitian and Clinical Lead Renal Occupational Therapist, the team is made of dietitians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and therapy assistants - across inpatient and outpatient settings. Our team supports people living with chronic kidney disease and urological conditions across three wards based at The Royal Free Hospital site, and 5 outpatient centres for low clearance, dialysis and transplantation. This role is a full time role based predominantly off site in the renal outpatient setting on our Haemodialysis units.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for someone who has a passion for supporting patients living with Chronic Kidney Disease. Whilst previous renal experience within Dialysis is desirable; we are keen to support dietitians who may have had exposure to renal inpatients and advanced Kidney Care, and value strong transferrable skills such as autonomous management of people with complex nutritional diagnoses, delivering patient centered care and working effectively within an MDT. Experience supporting the development of junior staff will be highly regarded, as will skills in quality improvement, service evaluation or audit.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for Occupational Therapists with experience of working with young people and their families to work in Tri-borough CAMHS. This is a full-time Band 7 permanent post in the CAMHS Alliance service.</p>

  <p>The Alliance Crisis Team serves 3 key pathways:</p> <p>o Acute Trust and out of hours' serviceo Intensive community support/ Home Treatment service &amp; Post A&amp;E Reviewo Intensive community support/Home Treatment + service with Tier 3 CAMHs interface and Tier 4 diversion/Tier 4 step down</p> <p>The post holders will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, holding a clinical caseload and undertaking the comprehensive assessment of children and young people with mental health needs (including risk assessment and the development of risk management plans) who present in crisis to CAMH Services, hospitals and sites covered by the Alliance Crisis Care.</p> <p>In addition to providing direct work to families and young people, the post holders will also assist the CAMHS and/or paediatrics team with treatment planning and provide consultation to families/carers and other professionals involved in the life of the young person.</p> <p>The post holder will participate in delivering the provision of specialist mental health services to children and young people and their families and carers across the West London NHS Trust 3 Boroughs CAMH Service and crisis pathway.</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in an 8a role as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist within our Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS, formerly known as CAMHS) multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering a high-quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people and their families in the East of Hertfordshire, with our three bases, predominantly Hoddesdon but may be required to cover Welwyn Garden City and Bishop Stortford.</p>   <p>You will have HCPC registration and provide a highly specialist child and adolescent service within the context of the principles of CAPA (The Choice and Partnership Approach) and CYP-IAPT, providing both core work and specific/specialist work. HPFT has been at the forefront on national developments in CYPMHS, including CAPA and CYP-IAPT,</p>  <p>CYPMHS East is a caring, supportive and hard-working team which prides itself in working in collaboratively with young people and stakeholders in service delivery.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will be responsible for a caseload of complex assessment, treatment and consultation work with children and their families/carers/networks who have mental health issues. They will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing interventions in line with the principles and practice of CYP-IAPT. They will work in ways which are sensitive to and appropriate for the needs of families from a wide range of racial, cultural and religious backgrounds. They will undertake risk assessment and risk management for all children and adolescents, including the protective and risk factors in the network of significant relationships.</p>
