  <p>At Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care, our unique care provides a lifeline of compassion and support to patients, carers, and families facing progressive life-limiting illness.

We provide palliative and end of life care support, including bereavement services, within Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire and our patient services are available to adults, as well as patients transitioning into adult services (16 to 25 years).</p><p>Bereavement support is offered for all ages to families of patients and those around them, as well as throughout the community, in schools and workplaces.

We are proud to offer care in the place that best suits the individuals needs, whether that is at home, in a care home, in a short stay in our inpatient unit, out in the community, or in our purpose-built Living Well Centre facilities.   <p><strong>Family and Systemic Psychotherapist</strong></p> <p><strong>1.0 wte Band 8A - 9 Month Fixed Term- Maternity Cover</strong></p> <p>This post is a Family and Systemic Psychotherapy post based in a specialist clinical team within City and Hackney CAMHS providing services to young people and their families with time shared between the Behaviour Support and Outreach Pathway and the Re-Engagement Unit.</p> <p>The post holder will spend 2.5 days per week as part of a Tier 3 CAMHS community-based post, located within the Behaviour Support and Outreach (BS&amp;O) pathway in City &amp; Hackney CAMHS, the East London NHS Foundation Trust and as part of the wider Hackney CAMHS Alliance. The post holder will be offering flexible, evidence-based episodes of care including a range of assessment and treatment options such as individual, parenting, family therapy and group based interventions, as well as specialist CAMHS advice/consultation and liaison with other agencies.</p> <p>The post holder will spend the other 2.5 days per week as part of the Re-Engagement Unit situated within Hackney Education. The post holder will offer short term, intensive packages of care to young people at risk of exclusion as part of a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, teachers, learning mentors and family support workers.   <p>The purpose of this post is to improve the mental health and protection of Children and Young People who are known to the Safeguarding Service, either as Children in Need, on Child Protection Plans or Looked after and putting them at the centre of all you do.   <p>The Vincent Square Eating Disorder Service offers specialist services for children and young people who are suffering from eating disorders. The service provides a range of treatments across the existing outpatient service.</p>
<p>We currently have a permanent position for a band 7 Family Therapist to work in the Children and Young People's Eating Disorder Service.</p>
<p>The post holder will work alongside a team of family therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists and other disciplines.</p>
<p>The job will be split between our sites in South Kensington and Chelsea, and Harrow-on-the-Hill.</p>

  <p>Hounslow CAMHS Mental Health Support Team (MHST) is seeking to recruit 2 Mental Health Practitioners to work within our schools-based early intervention mental health team. We support children/young people (CYP) with mild-to-moderate low mood, anxiety and behaviours that challenge within mainstream school settings. We offer a range of interventions and work in creative ways to support our mainstream schools to implement a Whole School Approach to mental health.</p>
<p>We are seeking 2 enthusiastic applicants who have an interest in working with CYP within educational settings, who are flexible and creative and interested in service development and improvement. You will be joining a welcoming schools based Mental Health Team in Hounslow, West London NHS Trust who are committed to service improvement, staff well-being, and who value diversity and inclusion in our workforce.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This role involves embedding the Whole School Approach (WSA); through co-facilitating workshops for parents and staff, delivering targeted and universal groups to primary and secondary school pupils and providing evidence-based interventions to address mental health needs. There is also an expectation to support with service evaluations and audits of the interventions offered within the team, and preparation of data for quarterly data submissions. There are ample opportunities to work on service development within the team, supporting the roll out of new approaches, and monitoring impact.</p>
<p>The post holders will receive regular supervision within the team who will ensure adherence to professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.</p>
