<h2><strong>Fully remote, full-time internship for aspiring clinical psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors.</strong></h2><p>Our Clinical Psychology Internship equips aspiring mental health professionals worldwide with essential skills and practical client-facing experience, preparing them for careers in clinical psychology, coaching, psychotherapy, or counselling.</p><p>Interns complete an intensive one-month crash course covering a toolkit of evidence-based techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). They then provide free online, one-to-one coaching to global clients who otherwise lack access to mental health care, initially promoting behaviour change (e.g., diet, sleep, reducing procrastination) and later progressing to clients experiencing depression or anxiety.</p><h3><strong>About Overcome</strong></h3><p>Overcome is a UK-registered charity (Charity Number: 1191308) providing online mental health coaching worldwide, particularly to underserved communities in developing countries.   <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>You will need to have the ability to deliver theraputic groups within the borough of Lambeth. Close working relationships with members of the team and partnership agencies e.g. Social Services, Education and others is essential.   <p>At Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care, our unique care provides a lifeline of compassion and support to patients, carers, and families facing progressive life-limiting illness.

We provide palliative and end of life care support, including bereavement services, within Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire and our patient services are available to adults, as well as patients transitioning into adult services (16 to 25 years).</p><p>Bereavement support is offered for all ages to families of patients and those around them, as well as throughout the community, in schools and workplaces.

We are proud to offer care in the place that best suits the individuals needs, whether that is at home, in a care home, in a short stay in our inpatient unit, out in the community, or in our purpose-built Living Well Centre facilities.   <p><strong>Family and Systemic Psychotherapist</strong></p> <p><strong>1.0 wte Band 8A - 9 Month Fixed Term- Maternity Cover</strong></p> <p>This post is a Family and Systemic Psychotherapy post based in a specialist clinical team within City and Hackney CAMHS providing services to young people and their families with time shared between the Behaviour Support and Outreach Pathway and the Re-Engagement Unit.</p> <p>The post holder will spend 2.5 days per week as part of a Tier 3 CAMHS community-based post, located within the Behaviour Support and Outreach (BS&amp;O) pathway in City &amp; Hackney CAMHS, the East London NHS Foundation Trust and as part of the wider Hackney CAMHS Alliance. The post holder will be offering flexible, evidence-based episodes of care including a range of assessment and treatment options such as individual, parenting, family therapy and group based interventions, as well as specialist CAMHS advice/consultation and liaison with other agencies.</p> <p>The post holder will spend the other 2.5 days per week as part of the Re-Engagement Unit situated within Hackney Education. The post holder will offer short term, intensive packages of care to young people at risk of exclusion as part of a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, teachers, learning mentors and family support workers. This will involve comprehensive assessment of a young person's needs (including screening for neurodevelopmental conditions) and developing a psychologically informed care plan to support the young person and the system around them.</p>

  <p><strong>FULL JOB DESCRIPTION ATTACHED</strong></p> <p>The post holder will be a specialist and experienced Family and Systemic Psychotherapist with a substantial knowledge of the field of child and adolescent mental health. The post holder will possess strong engagement skills, the ability to work creatively in relation to behaviour that challenges, and work effectively with complex multi-agency networks. It would be highly desirable for applicants to have some experience of working with children with behavioural difficulties, risk management and have experience of working and consulting in schools.</p> <p>The post holder will directly contribute to the positive working environment within the multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will have a high degree of professional autonomy, and will be expected to account for their professional practice through appraisal and audit.</p>   <h3>About us</h3>
