  <p>We are seeking highly motivated, dynamic, flexible and creative staff. You will be part of a multi-professional workforce that will significantly increase access to treatment for people with common mental health conditions, within a Primary Care setting.</p> <p>You will be part of an NHS Talking Therapies service and will provide high intensity interventions - initially cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).   <p>Our Talking Therapies Service in Kent and Medway are looking for two High Intensity Therapists to join the service on a full-time permanent basis. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a High Intensity Therapist, you will liaise with other health and social care staff from a range of agencies in the care provided to clients and also contribute to meaningful outcomes such as adherence to the number of clinical sessions offered per week and closed cases per month.</p>
