  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Senior Mental Health Practitioner will be an integral part of the MHST in Bolton.</p>
<p>You will use your clinical skills to listen to the needs of the child, young person and family to provide meaningful evidenced based interventions. You will provide support, advice and consultation to families/carers and other professionals in the life of the child/young person. You will work closely with education professionals to foster a whole school/college approach to mental well-being.</p>
<p>you will use leadership skills to support, develop and empower staff in the serivce as well as developing the serivce itself though quality improvement, audit and evaluation.</p>
<p>The MHST Mental Health Practitioner will play a key role in</p>
<ul>
<li>Forming strong working relations with education settings</li>
<li>Providing consultations to education colleagues and support education settings to embed a whole school approach to wellbeing</li>
<li>Developing and delivering evidence-based individual and group time limited interventions to young people within education settings</li>

<li>Providing clinical supervision to Education Mental Health practitioners</li>

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people to join our team due to expansion within the service.</p> <p>The children's packages of care team sits within the Children's Complex Needs Nursing Service and delivers packages of care to children within the Lancashire and South Cumbria Foundation trust.</p> <p>This role includes shift work, including nights/weekends. We would also consider someone who only wanted to work night shifts as a shift pattern.</p> <p>You will require a valid UK driving licence or have access to a vehicle for work purposes or be able to travel between community settings in a timely manner. This is essential in order to travel across the geographical footprint required within the service. Bases are both at Burnley and Preston with packages of care across Lancashire.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>HCSWs within this team are lone workers, taking full responsibility for the care of children with complex needs after receiving comprehensive training. This could be caring for a child overnight in their own home, while parents are sleeping, accompanying a child to school and meeting their needs during the school day or working with another HCSW/nurse to give parents a complete break.</p>
<p>Following training and competency assessment, HCSWs will be able to independently care for children with tracheostomies, gastrostomies, require medications, oxygen therapy amongst other medical needs.</p>
<p>Shift times vary dependant on the child's needs and HCSWs are expected to work a mixture of days, nights, and weekend shifts, these can be anytime over the 24 hour period.</p>

  <p>Are you passionate about supporting families in the early days of parenting? The St Helens Wellbeing Team are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Infant Feeding Supporter Worker to join our vibrant and friendly service. Working alongside our experienced team and valued partners, you'll support parents with all aspects of infant feeding - from pregnancy through to introducing solid foods. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, empathetic, and motivated by making a difference to families' lives. Main duties of the role: You'll provide information, encouragement and support on infant feeding through 1-1 contact, phone support, home visits and group sessions.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You'll also be involved in borough-wide promotion of responsive and evidence-based infant feeding practices. While experience is welcome, it's your passion for supporting families, ability to build trust, and confidence delivering sessions that will make you stand out. We'll provide full training, and the role includes use of IT systems and digital tools to help us connect with local families. </p> <p>Our service operates: Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm Weekends and Bank Holidays, 10am-4pm. Shifts will be allocated within these times, and flexibility is essential to meet service needs.
