  <p>The Crisis Resolution Home
Treatment Team is a pivotal service whose main focus is to offer an alternative
to an inpatient admission and provide intensive treatment as required within
the community. The service will also ensure effective gatekeeping of all
service users referred to the service for admission to Hospital. The service
will operate on an outreach basis with the majority of assessments taking place
in non-Hospital
environments.</p><p>We are currently recuiting Community Support workers for the Torbay CRHTT.</p><p>

The post holder will be an active member of the
integrated multi-disciplinary team (MDT),
providing a 24-hour community-based Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment
Service as an alternative to hospital admission.</p><p>As part of a MDT, the Community Support Worker is a pivotal role in shaping, implementing and facilitating interventions for individuals with a diverse mental health needs within the community.</p><p>Under the direction and leadership of a qualified Mental Health Professional, the team are responsible for:</p><ul><li>Deliver a collaborative care plan with specific home interventions and goals.</li><li>Offer crisis resolution as an alternative to hospital admission, available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.</li><li>Serve as the gatekeeper for inpatient hospital beds.</li><li>Conduct initial in-person follow-up after hospital discharge.</li></ul>  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

  <p>We are looking for a creative, forward thinking and motivated Systemic Family Therapist to join our friendly and professional multi-disciplinary Emotional &amp; Behavioural CAMHS Team based in Dunstable, within the South Bedfordshire Specialist CAMHS Service.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post-holder will have experience of working in CAMHS. You will be offering assessment and therapeutic treatment to young people with moderate to severe mental health difficulties and their families/carers, including generic CAMHS assessments as needed. You will be joining with our team's existing systemic psychotherapist and co-facilitating family therapy clinics and groups as appropriate (e.g. NVR and parent sessions), potentially also working alongside therapists from other local CAMHS teams. You will involve parent/carers, schools and other agencies as required. In addition, the post holder will offer consultations. You will require a high degree of professional autonomy, organization, and self management, with the ability to work well in a team. You will be supported by regular specialist clinical and management supervision sessions, access to a variety of internal CPD sessions, and annual performance appraisals. You will also participate in weekly clinical discussions with the teams, monthly complex case discussions and a monthly reflective space. There are opportunities to take part in discipline-specific meetings within Bedfordshire CAMHS and ELFT.</p>

  <p>This post is based within a well established multi-disciplinary team of professionals working with cared for children across Manchester. You will work as specialist practitioner with the team providing assessment, treatment and consultation for children, adolescents and families grounded in the principles and techniques of child &amp; adolescent psychoanalytic psychotherapy. As a specialist resource, you will offer specialist consultation and training to colleagues and staff from partner agencies.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As an autonomous practitioner you will play a key part in the delivery of high-quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and well-being of children and young people in care, their families and carers. Managing a complex caseload within the multi-disciplinary team setting, the post holder will provide a range of high-quality care appropriate to the child or young person's needs which will include full mental health assessment, risk assessment and management, family and social assessment, consultation and therapeutic interventions.</p> <p>Within a systemic and holistic framework, you will undertake needs led, evidence based, highly skilled assessments and provide therapeutic interventions, ensuring this is done evidencing shared decision making and partnership working with children and young people, their families and carers.</p> <p>You will provide advice, information, consultation and supervision within the service and externally within your specialist area.</p> <p>As part of working together you will actively liaise with and support robust partnership working arrangements between the CAMHS LAC team and community partners and other key stakeholders involved with the child across agencies in order that an integrated package of care is developed.</p>

  <p>Family work is an integral part of EIP care offered to service users and their carers/family members.   <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic clinical psychologist/ counselling psychologist/ psychotherapist/CBT psychotherapist to join us in the South Community Mental Health Team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain significant experience of clinical leadership in a changing healthcare system, working as part of an experienced, supportive multidisciplinary team. You will provide senior leadership and line management to a range of psychological professionals including peer recovery workers. You will also offer a psychological service to service users and their families alongside indirect clinical and consultation work to the team and other services. There will also be involvement in supporting evidence-based therapeutic treatments such as structured clinical management. You will need to have had significant experience of work with adults with complex presentations, including psychosis, bipolar disorder, personality difficulties and complex trauma.</p> <p>You will possess an enthusiasm for working productively with multidisciplinary teams and supporting teams through change. The post involves carrying out highly complex psychological assessments and interventions, and leading and advising on clinical pathways for people with complex needs.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
   <p>To provide clinical leadership within the South Community Mental Health Team and to work in collaboration with the leadership team to deliver effective services. Your role will be to help to develop psychological care pathways within the evolving secondary and primary care mental health transformation process. To lead on the use of best evidence and co-production to create effective, well received, trauma informed pathways of care. Your role will also be to provide specialist assessment and interventions at the same time as offering highly specialised advice, formulation and consultation on service users' psychological care to psychological professional colleagues, non-psychological professional colleagues, carers and others. To provide clinical supervision for psychologists, psychotherapists / other professionals within the team and be responsible with the Service Manager for the co-ordination, governance and performance management of the work of other psychologists/psychotherapists/peer recovery workers. To take sole professional responsibility and exercise autonomous professional and clinical judgement within the overall framework of Trust, HCPC, BABCP, UKCP and BPS professional policies/guidelines/standards. <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The Vincent Square Eating Disorder Service offers specialist services for children and young people who are suffering from eating disorders. The service provides a range of treatments across the existing outpatient service.</p>
<p>We currently have a permanent position for a band 7 Family Therapist to work in the Children and Young People's Eating Disorder Service.</p>
<p>The post holder will work alongside a team of family therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists and other disciplines.</p>
<p>The job will be split between our sites in South Kensington and Chelsea, and Harrow-on-the-Hill.</p>

  <p>You will provide specialist systemic interventions for child and adolescent eating disorders in the outpatient service, including Family Based Treatment (FBT) and Family Therapy for Anorexia Nervosa (FT-AN).</p>
<p>You will carry regular initial assessments of newly referred patients to the service.</p>
<p>You will deliver and facilitate an existing carer's skills/parent group.</p>
<p>You will provide duty support to external professionals and families looking for advice and support, including triaging of new referrals.</p>
