<p>The Bereavement Support Service is a specialist Counselling Service within Carmarthenshire. We offer a blended model of engagement, including the use of virtual platforms as well as face to face.</p>
<p>The applicant will require experience working within a team and in providing bereavement counselling.</p>

  <p>You will be working within the Bereavement Support Service providing counselling to service users within Carmarthenshire, however you will need to be willing to work across the county of Carmarthenshire within Hywel Dda University Health Board if required. You will be conducting assessments and providing counselling supportwith a mixed model approach face to face, telephone and online<strong>.</strong> You will be required to work autonomously as part of a team, alongside and in partnership with other Healthcare professionals and Services within clinical settings.</p>

<p>We are a close knit leadership team who provide a crisis and home treatment service to children and young people across Bristol, Swindon and Wiltshire CAMHS. This role would involve some home working and a clinical base can be agreed in one of our 5 CAMHS teams (Keynsham, Salisbury, Melksham, Marlborough or Swindon). <p>We have a strong emphasis on training and the team has received training in NVR, Positive Behaviour Support, Motivational Interviewing and Eating Disorders over the last 6 months. We would be keen to hear about your area of clinical interest and are able to think about creating a job plan that will support your skills and expertise.</p>
