  <p>The Trusted Relationships Service has grown from strength to strength since the original Home Office funding in 2018. We have now secured 3 more year of funding and we are looking for two enthusiastic, independent, clinicians to come and work alongside our other 8 clinicians, for 2 days a week.</p>
<p>This is non-case holding post, clinicians do not have any direct patient contact.</p>
<p>Instead, you will work with Police and Social care staff to support their work safeguarding children who are at risk of extrafamilial abuse and exploitation. Based within the Complex Safeguarding teams, across Greater Manchester, the Trusted Relationships clinicians work with staff to facilitate psychological awareness, particularly in relation to trauma, by offering case-based consultation, staff support and bespoke-training.</p>
<p>The Trusted Relationships Service is a team within the GM Resilience Hub, and consequently clinicians have access to a range of expertise and CPD opportunities.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Trusted Relationships clinicians are generally based in Police stations, offering a face to face service to Complex Safeguarding staff.</p> <p>There are three key areas of service delivery:</p> <ul>  <li>case-based consultation, offering psychological formulations to help staff understand any number of different factors influencing the children and families they are supporting and how this might impact their relationships and approach to safeguarding.</li>  <li>bespoke training and workshops to teams and sometimes to staff across the wider complex safeguarding workforce</li>  <li>staff support, this can be one-to-one or in a group format but is developed in collaboration with the staff to meet their needs.</li> </ul> <p>There are times when Trusted Relationship's clinicians my need to offer support to teams who have experienced a critical incident, however, this is done in collaboration with Clinical Lead and with the back up of the GM Resilience Hub.</p> <p>Please see the Job Description for more details.</p>

  <p>The Trusted Relationships service requires highly specialist clinicians to work with a significant degree of autonomy and independence and have good levels of personal organisation. However, given the complex-nature of the work and the potential for regular exposure to traumatic material there are a lot of opportunities for support and CPD. The team has regular face-to-face and online team meetings, individual supervisions and line management, a buddy-system and also monthly Compassion-Focused Staff Support and CAT-informed supervision.  </p>

  <p>To provide a qualified specialist child and adolescent psychotherapy service to children and young people with mental health problems across all sectors of care as part of a multi-disciplinary CAMHS team.   <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Psychological Therapist to join Greenwich ADAPT (Anxiety, Depression, Affective disorders, Personality disorders &amp; Trauma) a secondary care multidisciplinary service providing place-based care for people living in the Borough of Greenwich.</p> <p>You will have a passion for working in multidisciplinary teams supporting people with emotional regulation and interpersonal difficulties. We are particularly interested in candidates with interest, experience and/or training in mentalisation-based therapy (MBT) as the successful candidate will join our MBT team. Broader groupwork or group analytic skills are also welcome.</p> <p>You will join a dynamic and skilled Psychological Therapies Team comprised of psychologists, psychotherapists, cognitive behavioural therapists, art therapist, assistant psychologist, a Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner, as well as trainees. The service offers a range of modalities including MBT (Mentalisation-based therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapist), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), art therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and MBCT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy). The team also work closely with the wider MDT to provide Structured Clinical Management (SCM). New developments this year include the planned launch of a comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programme, and the service is acting as a site for a randomised controlled trial evaluating a trauma focused adaption of MBT.</p>

This newly integrated CMH team is developing a pathway for people with psychosis and an enhanced pathway for people with psychosis where meaningful engagement can be a challenge. You will work closely with senior colleagues across our teams and localities on team and service development whilst providing psychological interventions to people with greatest complexity. </p> <p>We want you to feel supported within your role and we are keen see our psychologists flourish and develop with training in Family Interventions (BFT), CBT for Psychosis (CBTp) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for example.   <p><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></p> <p>We are looking for qualified and accredited Psychotherapists or Clinical/Counselling Psychologists and are keen to hear from clinicians who are trained and accredited to to practice at least one of the following NICE recommended high intensity therapies: Couples Therapy for Depression, Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression, Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). We also value experience or interest in delivering therapy in a group format. The post-holder will have relevant professional registration (HCPC- registered practitioner psychologist or UKCP/BACP - full clinical membership or BPC-fully trained in DIT). </p> <p>The post holder will be part of a very dynamic team and will also work alongside therapists trained in a range of other therapies including EMDR, CBT, BCT, and a well- established PWP team. As well as offering a range of Step 2 and Step 3 NICE recommended interventions, the service also runs as a training centre in collaboration with Clinical and Counselling Psychology Doctoral Programmes, therefore offering opportunities for supervision and training.</p>

<p>An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic clinical/counselling psychologist or CBT Therapist, with a background working in child and adolescent services to join our Peterborough Mental Health Support Teams.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will work closely across the 5 Peterborough MHST's, to ensure that the MHST is a success. They will join a dynamic service in a creative environment where evidence-based interventions, new ideas, ways of working and supporting children and young people are actively encouraged.</p>
<p>This is a unique opportunity to engaging in important clinical work within schools and colleges at an early intervention level across Peterborough.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This role will support the emotional wellbeing of children and young people across Peterborough, within an early intervention service. The successful applicant will provide psychological assessments and interventions to children, young people and their families, consultation with education establishments, training internally to the Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) within the Emotional Health Wellbeing Service (EHWS) and externally to education staff, and staff from the wider professional network.</p>

  <p>Priory Hospital, Southampton are looking for an enthusiastic clinical or counselling psychologist to join the psychology team in delivering individual therapy, group therapies and assessments as part of delivering excellent standards of care for NHS service users requiring inpatient hospital admission.</p><p>This role could cater for someone seeking flexible working alongside another job role or other commitments as we are looking to recruit a psychologist for 15 hours per week in a part-time permanent role.</p><p>The individual therapy delivered at our hospital is exclusively with the service users on our specialist eating disorder ward, Skylark, therefore we are seeking a psychologist with an interest or previous experience in working with those suffering with an eating disorder.</p>  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful candidate will be welcomed into a passionate and positive team of professionals, headed by a Counselling Psychologist within the psychology team, and made up of a Therapist, Clinical Psychologist, Creative Arts Therapist, and an Assistant Psychologist. This team isoverseen within the wider therapy services umbrella headed by therapy manager and Occupational Therapist, Sarah Marsh.</p><p>There will be opportunities for continuing professional development and your passion, style and ambitions would be taken into account as you grow within the role. Particular professional development would see the candidate gaining distinct experience in working with acute distress and eating disorders, allowing for the possibility of specialism.</p>

  <p>In addition to the above, we are routinely involved in delivering carer support, assessments and written psychological formulations for the adult acute wards, facilitating training for staff, holding consults/peer supervision,and holding reflective practice sessions for staff;a candidate enthusiastic towards these aspects of delivering a psychology service for a hospital would be welcomed as they would form an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team and would sit alongside a number of other allied health professions, including occupational therapy, psychiatry, medicine, dietetics and social work.</p>
