  <p>The post holder is responsible for managing a personal caseload of Eating Disorder clients and or other additional therapy related activities. His/her aim is to provide clients with the appropriate therapy input to facilitate their recovery from an eating disorder.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>DUTIES INCLUDE:</p><p>Professional</p><ul><li>Attendance at and contribution to weekly organisational meetings and multi-disciplinary meetings as required</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as part of the internal and external multi-disciplinary health care team</li> <li>Working within EDS organisational policies and regulations</li> <li>Flexibility to work within the day service arm of the organisation as required. Staff who work within the day program are expected to support our clients with supportive eating and have meals and snacks (provided by EDS) with the clients, usually once weekly</li></ul><p>Clinical/Therapeutic</p><ul><li>Capacity and experience to work with 4 clients per day, with complex psychological (and often medical) needs</li> <li>Adherence to EDS policy/boundary to offer short to medium-termed therapies (between 5 - 20 sessions)</li> <li>Ability to carry out comprehensive assessments for newly referred clients and handover assessment succinctly to the director/team before making a joint decision on the appropriate input offered</li> <li>Keep organisational and clinical records up-to-date via in house IT system and ability to communicate clearly in written/verbal format.</li> <li>Manage caseload effectively and safely by attending regular monthly therapy supervision with a supervisor</li> <li>Liaise and report regularly with the director regarding potential or current problems with clients on caseload</li></ul>

  <p>We are looking for an experienced or newly qualified clinician to work across the Central Bristol Crisis Team.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Various locations within Central Bristol.</p> <p>The post will be based in the Central Bristol Community Mental Health team base.</p> <p>The successful applicant will provide specialist assessment, formulation, intervention and evaluation, alongside staff training, supervision, consultation, advice and support to the teams they are working within.</p> <p>The Bristol Crisis Service provides a rapid response to people in acute mental health crisis, offering assessment and immediate intervention and treatment within a person's home or a community setting.</p> <p>Working into the Crisis team will provide an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in working psychologically with people experiencing acute mental health crises. Ideally you will have an interest in brief models of intervention, assessment and formulation of people in high levels of distress. In addition to direct work with service users, the post requires someone who can provide consultation in case discussions, offer clinical supervision groups and facilitate reflective practice sessions. This indirect work will enhance the team's understanding of the dynamics created within crises and ensure the development of a psychologically informed service. The successful applicant will also support the Service Manager, Senior Practitioners and CPI Crisis Lead with training and developing the staff group as a whole.</p>

  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Psychological Therapist to join Greenwich ADAPT (Anxiety, Depression, Affective disorders, Personality disorders &amp; Trauma) a secondary care multidisciplinary service providing place-based care for people living in the Borough of Greenwich.</p> <p>You will have a passion for working in multidisciplinary teams supporting people with emotional regulation and interpersonal difficulties. We are particularly interested in candidates with interest, experience and/or training in mentalisation-based therapy (MBT) as the successful candidate will join our MBT team. Broader groupwork or group analytic skills are also welcome.</p> <p>You will join a dynamic and skilled Psychological Therapies Team comprised of psychologists, psychotherapists, cognitive behavioural therapists, art therapist, assistant psychologist, a Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner, as well as trainees. The service offers a range of modalities including MBT (Mentalisation-based therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapist), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), art therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and MBCT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy). The team also work closely with the wider MDT to provide Structured Clinical Management (SCM). New developments this year include the planned launch of a comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programme, and the service is acting as a site for a randomised controlled trial evaluating a trauma focused adaption of MBT.</p>
