  <p>Come and join our psychology service as a Psychologist or Psychological Therapist working within University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust (UHS) which is a provider of regional and tertiary acute physical care.</p><p>The UHS Adult Psychology Service works into teams across the Trust and you will be offering maternity cover within Haematology and the Infected Blood Psychology Service. You will work with the Consultant Clinical Psychologist to provide psychologically informed services for patients and staff.</p><p>Balancing wellbeing with work demands and developing your professional skills are highly valued within the UHS Adult Psychology team. It offers many opportunities to develop your interest in therapeutic approaches through informal networking, facilitated reflective practice, education days and specialist supervision or discussion groups.   <p>The postholder will work with the Haematology service and the Haemophilia Comprehensive Care Centre to provide a psychological service for the team, patients, and families.   <p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic psychologist to work across two innovative services in Wiltshire. This role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills by supporting a growing brief psychological intervention service as well as working within a busy MDT providing assessment, formulation, and brief interventions for a wide range of mental health needs.</p> <p><strong>The Primary Care Complex Emotional Needs Service</strong> (PC CEN) delivers brief psychological support for individuals with emotional and relational difficulties, associated with personality disorder.With additional investment the service will expand to also offer intervention to people with complex PTSD who may fall between the gap between primary and secondary MH services.</p> <p><strong>The Primary Care Liaison Service (PCLS) </strong>provides mental health triage, assessment, brief interventions, advice, and signposting for diverse mental health issues.</p>

  <p>This role operates across both the PC CEN Service and the Primary Care Liaison Service (PCLS), covering South Wiltshire. While your formal line management will sit within the PC CEN Service, you will also maintain close links with the Wiltshire Psychological Therapies Service (PTS).</p>
<p>As the PC CEN Psychologist, you will lead the locality team through a period of service expansion. You will be responsible for supervising therapists and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners (MHWPs), ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based interventions for individuals with complex emotional needs and complex PTSD.</p>
