<p>As the PC CEN Psychologist, you will lead the locality team through a period of service expansion. You will be responsible for supervising therapists and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners (MHWPs), ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based interventions for individuals with complex emotional needs and complex PTSD.</p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed clinician who has experience working with complex cases within the area of community mental health with individuals who struggle with complex trauma, severe mental health illness and / or personality disorder.</p><p>Applications are invited for qualified clinical associate psychologist looking to extend their clinical and team working knowledge and experience.</p><p>The postholder will use a range of evidence-based psychological models and protocols when addressing individualised patient need and critically appraise these models and interventions (e.g. CBT, DBT, CFT) to inform treatment planning and appropriate choice of treatment protocols and understand how to interpret treatment choices with individuals, groups and other healthcare colleagues, when managing complex and chronic needs.</p><p>The role offers exciting opportunities for direct clinical interventions and multi-disciplinary team working, implementing evidence-based programmes of group and individual psychological therapies as well as providing consultation and supervision to other team members. The applicant should have a desire to embrace MDT working, training and team development.
