This strategic role supports the development and delivery of equitable, psychologically informed care across 19 neonatal units in the region, following the National Neonatal Critical Care Review and NHS Long Term Plan.  Reporting into the Neonatal Network Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with Network leadership to define priorities and deliverables

Facilitate matrix working with multidisciplinary teams, LMNS, MMHS, and third-sector partners

Support service development, commissioning, and gap analysis to promote equity

Represent the network in national clinical psychology forums and working groups
