  <p>Help for Psychology is a friendly, growing team. We carry out multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental assessments and provide psychoeducation and therapy for children and young people at our clinic in Norwich. We are a recognised provider of NHS Right to Choose services in Norfolk and Waveney. We have a team of employed and associate clinicians and this role has been developed specifically to support our existing senior clinicians (who also work part time) in managing our team of employed clinical psychologists, assistant psychologists and trainees from the UEA. There is also the opportunity to join the senior management team in shaping the future direction of the company. This would be an ideal role for an experienced clinical psychologist who is seeking a more flexible role where there is the opportunity to balance workload and professional development (we are happy to talk about flexible work hours and will even consider a term time only contract). We are committed to providing a truly holistic, multi-disciplinary service to children and young people in the local area, with clinicians from a range of disciplines (psychiatry, paediatrics, occupational and speech and language therapy) and in turn can offer an attractive salary and benefits package, a comfortable and airy work environment and free parking on site.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The role will provide a flexible mix of clinical work (both assessment and therapy), supervision and management and the opportunity to be part of the wider senior management team shaping and developing the future direction of the company. Many of our cases are complex and we need someone with a good understanding of autism, ADHD and joint presentations, who also brings substantial knowledge of trauma, attachment difficulties, and mental health challenges. From a therapeutic point of view, we currently offer psychoeducation, adapted CBT, EMDR, ACT, Compassion Focused and CAT informed therapy packages, and would be happy to embrace new ideas and support additional training.</p><p>We need strong supervision skills and would support the successful applicant to pursue management training, or coaching, if this was required.</p><p>There would also be the opportunity to support workforce planning and to contribute strategically.</p>

Our clinical appointment times reflect this.</p><p>We also appreciate that people need a good work-life balance and workloads for our team reflect this. Our assessments are high quality and we always aim to make sure that families feel heard and that they have had enough time to tell their story. We have invested time in developing clinical tools that help clinicians to spend less time on admin and report writing and more time on clinical work.</p><p>We support training and offer CPD opportunities. Due to our Clinical Director's links with Kings College London, there is also the opportunity to be involved in research and data collection.   <p>We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist to join our well-established Complex Psychological Interventions Service in Bristol. The post is based in Adult Mental Health Services in the Inner City and East Bristol team, and the successful applicant will support the delivery of psychological interventions in the Assessment and Recovery Team.</p>
<p>We are looking for applicants with a particular interest in working with people with a broad range of complex and enduring mental health difficulties across the lifespan, including older adults who are served within our ageless service. We are particularly interested in candidates with special skills and experience in CBT for severe mental health difficulties.</p>
<p>In addition, the successful candidate will lead the organisation and development of our established Staff Support Debrief Service for the community teams in Bristol.</p>
<p>As well as working closely within the teams, you will receive excellent support and supervision from more senior and well-established CPI members. There will be opportunities for continuing professional development and development of innovative research projects.</p>

  <p><strong>We are looking for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to work alongside an integrated mental health team based at HMP Full Sutton.</strong></p><p>Rethink Mental Illness work alongside Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) and Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust to deliver an integrated stepped care mental health service within HMP Full Sutton.</p>

an integrated primary care mental health team within the Prison to provide high

Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed clinician who has experience working with complex cases within the area of community mental health with individuals who struggle with complex trauma, severe mental health illness and / or personality disorder.</p><p>Applications are invited for qualified clinical associate psychologist looking to extend their clinical and team working knowledge and experience.</p><p>The postholder will use a range of evidence-based psychological models and protocols when addressing individualised patient need and critically appraise these models and interventions (e.g. CBT, DBT, CFT) to inform treatment planning and appropriate choice of treatment protocols and understand how to interpret treatment choices with individuals, groups and other healthcare colleagues, when managing complex and chronic needs.</p><p>The role offers exciting opportunities for direct clinical interventions and multi-disciplinary team working, implementing evidence-based programmes of group and individual psychological therapies as well as providing consultation and supervision to other team members. The applicant should have a desire to embrace MDT working, training and team development. The scope of these opportunities will be limited to the postholder's training and experience.</p><p>The CMHT psychology team forms part of the wider Mid &amp; North Area Psychological Therapies Team, a thriving active team of psychologists and psychological therapists who are dedicated to delivering high quality interventions.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To communicate constructively with a range of healthcare professionals in a variety of services including nurses, social workers, allied health professionals (AHPs) and medical colleagues as part of a multi-professional team</p><p>Link directly with the psychology team, alongside assistant psychologists and trainee clinical psychologists, while reporting to a Clinical Psychologist regarding psychological assessment, formulation and intervention</p><p>Work as part of a multi-professional community team or in specialised clinical settings and liaise with relevant external agencies to facilitate and enable psychological interventions</p><p>Communicate to others the core concepts of psychological theory, research and practice in order to enhance their delivery of psychological interventions.</p><p>To effectively communicate decision making processes which have informed the psychological management of risk; implement and respond appropriately to risk, using appropriate guidance and support, maintaining compliance with service policy and values</p><p>Understand impact of multiple perspectives within the context of multidisciplinary teams</p><p>Explain the rationales to individuals, groups and other healthcare colleagues, for evidence-based psychological treatment models and protocols</p><p>To play an active role in the wider psychology team, attending meetings and CPD as required.</p><p>To be able to communicate with patients and their carers/families who may be distressed</p>
