  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Psychological Therapist to join Greenwich ADAPT (Anxiety, Depression, Affective disorders, Personality disorders &amp; Trauma) a secondary care multidisciplinary service providing place-based care for people living in the Borough of Greenwich.</p> <p>You will have a passion for working in multidisciplinary teams supporting people with emotional regulation and interpersonal difficulties. We are particularly interested in candidates with interest, experience and/or training in mentalisation-based therapy (MBT) as the successful candidate will join our MBT team. Broader groupwork or group analytic skills are also welcome.</p> <p>You will join a dynamic and skilled Psychological Therapies Team comprised of psychologists, psychotherapists, cognitive behavioural therapists, art therapist, assistant psychologist, a Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner, as well as trainees. The service offers a range of modalities including MBT (Mentalisation-based therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapist), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), art therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and MBCT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy). The team also work closely with the wider MDT to provide Structured Clinical Management (SCM). New developments this year include the planned launch of a comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programme, and the service is acting as a site for a randomised controlled trial evaluating a trauma focused adaption of MBT.</p>

  <p>The role involves a variety of duties including taking a teams approach, attendance and offering of a psychological perspective in MDT meetings, brief psychoeducation groups (8 weeks), longer term groups (up to 18 months) as well as opportunities for individual work (some brief and some up to 12 months).</p>

  <p>The Intensive Psychological Therapies Service is a forward thinking, dynamic group treatment service for people with complex trauma and long-standing interpersonal difficulties. Our therapies include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).</p>
<p>We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic professional to join our DBT team for 22.5 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 5pm each day. Applicants must have a recognised qualification in one of the core mental health professions e.g. psychology, psychiatric nursing, social work or occupational therapy, and previous experience in mental health. Experience of DBT is essential.</p>
  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Under the direction of the Head of IPTS, to be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, psychological therapy assessment and specialist intervention service, and to recommend in the allocation of patients to appropriate interventions. To provide peer clinical supervision to other staff as directed. In keeping with NIMHE Personality Disorder guidelines (2003), the emphasis of the IPTS will be on time-limited, focused and evidence-based interventions.</p>

  <p>We're looking for an experienced, BABCP accredited CBT Therapist to join our welcoming and dynamic CAMHS team in West Sussex. You should have a strong background in working therapeutically with children, young people and families, and demonstrable experience of providing supervision within CAMHS or CYP services.   <p>As a senior member of the West Sussex CAMHS team, you would participate in the core multi-disciplinary assessment and intervention work of the team and engage in multi-agency liaison work as necessary. You would also be required to participate in the supervision, training and the overall governance requirements of SPFT CAMHS.</p> <p>While holding a small clinical caseload, you will provide support and supervision to a growing CBT workforce and contribute to our CBT leadership team across the wider Sussex CAMHS service, regarding innovative ways of developing our CBT offer. In particular, this role would support new CBT trainees in placement while they undertake their training at Kings College London. You would also help support our team with the implementation of new treatment pathways, so you would make good use of any specialist interests in working with OCD, PTSD, anxiety and depression.</p> <p>You'd part of a very busy but lively and welcoming CAMHS team, working alongside psychiatrists, nurses, OTs, social workers, psychologists and systemic, art and child psychotherapists.   <p>Are you passionate about delivering CBT and looking for a new opportunity?</p><p>NHS Somerset Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression (previously IAPT) are seeking a skilled and motivated High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our Taunton and South Somerset teams. This hybrid role involves providing CBT both face to face in person and remotely via video consultation, ensuring flexible and accessible support for our patients.</p><p>We are a busy, high-performing Talking Therapies service based in one of England's most desirable counties. Alongside CBT, we deliver a wide range of step 3 interventions (IPT, DIT, PCE, EMDR, MBCT) and step 2 treatments including guided self-help, groups, webinars and digital self-help tools. We consistently achieve recovery rates above the national target and pride ourselves on our innovative model of care, where there is no waiting list for step 2 interventions and a clear, effective pathway for step 3 treatments.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul><li><p>ProvideCognitive Behavioural Therapy to adults with depression and anxiety in line with NHS Talking Therapies standards.</p></li><li><p>Deliver therapy both in person across Somerset and remotely via video consultation.</p></li><li><p>Manage a clinical caseload of up to 25 contacts per week.</p></li><li><p>Undertake clinical assessments and triage, allocating patients appropriately within the stepped care model.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and timely clinical records on the service database (IAPTus).</p></li><li><p>Work collaboratively with colleagues across NHS and voluntary sector services to ensure high-quality, joined-up care.</p></li><li><p>Participate in clinical governance, service audits and user feedback processes.</p></li><li><p>With experience, provide clinical supervision, line management and deputise for the Team Leader as required.</p></li></ul>
