  <p>Post holders will work in the NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Talking Therapies service and provide high intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to service users who have a range of complex anxiety and depression related problems. The role will include providing specialist CBT assessment and therapy, offer advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to colleagues, work to NICE recommendations and within British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) professional guidelines. </p> <p>Post holders will have a Post Graduate Diploma level qualification in Psychological Therapies Practice (High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) or equivalent, significant experience working as a psychological therapy practitioner and demonstrating the competencies required, BABCP accreditation or eligibility for BABCP accreditation. </p>   <h3>About us</h3>

  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychological Therapist or Counsellor to join NHS Somerset Talking Therapies Service for Depression and Anxiety, working within either our South Somerset Team (Yeovil/Chard) or our Taunton Team.</p><p>NHS Somerset Talking Therapies is a high-performing service with one of the best recovery rates in the country. We have excellent links with the voluntary sector and secondary care through the Open Mental Health Somerset initiative. Psychological Therapist- Talking Therapies

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The Intensive Psychological Therapies Service is a forward thinking, dynamic group treatment service for people with complex trauma and long-standing interpersonal difficulties. Our therapies include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).</p>
<p>We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic professional to join our DBT team for 22.5 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 5pm each day. Applicants must have a recognised qualification in one of the core mental health professions e.g. psychology, psychiatric nursing, social work or occupational therapy, and previous experience in mental health. Experience of DBT is essential.</p>
  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Under the direction of the Head of IPTS, to be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, psychological therapy assessment and specialist intervention service, and to recommend in the allocation of patients to appropriate interventions. To provide peer clinical supervision to other staff as directed. In keeping with NIMHE Personality Disorder guidelines (2003), the emphasis of the IPTS will be on time-limited, focused and evidence-based interventions.</p>

  <p>Are you passionate about delivering CBT and looking for a new opportunity?</p><p>NHS Somerset Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression (previously IAPT) are seeking a skilled and motivated High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our Taunton and South Somerset teams. This hybrid role involves providing CBT both face to face in person and remotely via video consultation, ensuring flexible and accessible support for our patients.</p><p>We are a busy, high-performing Talking Therapies service based in one of England's most desirable counties. Alongside CBT, we deliver a wide range of step 3 interventions (IPT, DIT, PCE, EMDR, MBCT) and step 2 treatments including guided self-help, groups, webinars and digital self-help tools. We consistently achieve recovery rates above the national target and pride ourselves on our innovative model of care, where there is no waiting list for step 2 interventions and a clear, effective pathway for step 3 treatments.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Psychological Therapist to join Greenwich ADAPT (Anxiety, Depression, Affective disorders, Personality disorders &amp; Trauma) a secondary care multidisciplinary service providing place-based care for people living in the Borough of Greenwich.</p> <p>You will have a passion for working in multidisciplinary teams supporting people with emotional regulation and interpersonal difficulties. We are particularly interested in candidates with interest, experience and/or training in mentalisation-based therapy (MBT) as the successful candidate will join our MBT team. Broader groupwork or group analytic skills are also welcome.</p> <p>You will join a dynamic and skilled Psychological Therapies Team comprised of psychologists, psychotherapists, cognitive behavioural therapists, art therapist, assistant psychologist, a Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner, as well as trainees. The service offers a range of modalities including MBT (Mentalisation-based therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapist), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), art therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and MBCT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy). The team also work closely with the wider MDT to provide Structured Clinical Management (SCM). New developments this year include the planned launch of a comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programme, and the service is acting as a site for a randomised controlled trial evaluating a trauma focused adaption of MBT.</p>

<p>Post holders will work in the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Talking Therapies Service and provide high intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to service users who have a range of complex anxiety and depression related problems. The role will include providing specialist CBT assessment and therapy, offer advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to colleagues, work to NICE recommendations and within British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) professional guidelines.</p>
<p>Post holders will have a Post Graduate Masters level qualification (or be newly qualifying) in Psychological Therapies Practice (High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) or equivalent, significant experience working as a psychological therapy practitioner and demonstrating the competencies required, BABCP accreditation or eligibility for BABCP accreditation.</p>
  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>
<li>The post holder will provide high intensity interventions primarily cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).</li>
<li>Contribute to the teaching and training of mental health professionals and other staff working within the service.</li>
<li>Educate and involve family members and others in treatment as necessary, conveying CBT formulations with sensitivity, in easily understood language.</li>

  <p>Providing a primary care mental health service, to those adults in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (STW). The post-holder will work as a member of a locality team within the (STW) Psychological Therapies Service, providing effective evidence-based therapies.</p>
<p>The post holder will be part of an NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) service and will provide high intensity interventions using IAPT approved psychotherapeutic modalities. These may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), Couples Therapy for Depression (CTfD), and Behavioural Couples Therapy (BCT) as recommended by NICE. The post holder will work with clients who have a range of difficulties including depression and anxiety disorders for which the IAPT modality is demonstrated to be clinically effective.</p>
<p>The service offers a stepped care model to a range of mental health issues using evidenced based, NICE approved approaches. The post-holder will work within the IAPT service providing high intensity interventions, providing a high intensity service to clients with a range of complex problems. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities and equality of access to treatment.</p>
