  <p>Are you a qualified Counsellor for Depression (CfD) looking to make a real difference in people's lives? Nouvita Healthcare is seeking dedicated, sessional counsellors to join our growing<strong>NHS Talking Therapies</strong>team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to adults experiencing common mental health issues.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Youll work within the<strong>NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) framework</strong>, delivering short-term counselling interventions that are person-centred and guided by the<strong>Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD)</strong>model.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul> <li><p>Conducting assessments and delivering therapy sessions</p></li> <li><p>Supporting clients through their mental health journeys using evidence-based practice</p></li> <li><p>Maintaining clear, timely clinical notes on our digital system</p></li> <li><p>Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and partner agencies</p></li> <li><p>Participating in regular supervision, training, and professional development</p></li></ul>
