<p>Cygnet Delfryn Lodge provides a flexible mental health rehabilitation service for women including High-Support Inpatient Rehabilitation (Level 2) and Community Rehabilitation (Level 1). This dual-level rehabilitation model ensures that women receive the support they need while developing independence at their own pace. Women placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.</p>

<p><strong>Your Day-to-Day</strong></p>

<ul>
 <li>Youll be working40hours a week</li>
 <li>Work as a team Psychologist within a multidisciplinary team (MDT)</li>
 <li>Carry out psychological assessments &amp; provide therapy to individuals &amp; groups</li>
 <li>Collaboratively develop care plans with the MDT</li>
 <li>Provide training &amp; supervision to colleagues, &amp; consultation to teams</li>
 <li>Evaluate the service, contribute to its development &amp; carry out clinical research</li>
 <li>Disseminate outcomes via conference presentations and publications.</li>

 <li>Knowledge and experience of forensic risk assessment</li>
 <li>Trained in specialised assessments such as IPDE and PCL-R</li>
 <li>Passionate about working with people with a range of complex mental health needs</li>
 <li>Capable of treating difficulties such as self-harm, physical &amp; verbal aggression, history of sexual offending and drug &amp; alcohol problems.</li>
