Key Responsibilities:

 <li>Oversee Recruitment and Learning &amp; Development functions to ensure a smooth, compliant onboarding and induction experience for new staff.</li>
 <li>Use data-driven insights to inform talent decisions and support workforce planning.</li>

Essential Criteria:

 <li>CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional experience.</li>
 <li>Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of Apprenticeship Levy regulations and apprenticeship programme standards.</li>
 <li>Track record of managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, particularly in peak periods such as the start of the academic year.</li>
 <li>In-depth knowledge of recruitment and talent development best practices.</li>
 <li>Confidence using HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, L&amp;D platforms and analytics tools.</li>

Place2Be offers a variety of counselling trainings and qualifying courses to help build a mental health work force that can support children and young people.&nbsp;
Working as part of the Place2Be Postgraduate Diploma Tutor team, the post-holder will deliver and develop our very successful Post Graduate Diploma programme which is accredited by BACP and run in partnership with the University of East London.&nbsp;
This role will be responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of the Postgraduate training programme, and ensuring that students receive good quality training and support for the duration of their training.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Job Description: Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) BABCP Accredited Remote (Within UK only) Permanent: Full time &amp;Part Time hours (flexible but with a minimum requirement of 2 days per week and 1 late session a week) Competitive salary: £47k+ per annum (pro rata) We make health happen: An opportunity to really make a difference to people's lives, while continuing in your own clinical career development. This role is fully remote but we will be providing adequate support to all applicants.
