  <p>This is a truly exciting time as we change what we do and how we deliver community mental health services. This newly integrated CMH team is developing a pathway for people with psychosis and an enhanced pathway for people with psychosis where meaningful engagement can be a challenge. You will work closely with senior colleagues across our teams and localities on team and service development whilst providing psychological interventions to people with greatest complexity. </p> <p>We want you to feel supported within your role and we are keen see our psychologists flourish and develop with training in Family Interventions (BFT), CBT for Psychosis (CBTp) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for example. We also have access to the Bespoke training platform and an excellent psychological skills development team.</p>

Sessional Counsellor

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen, for someone to join our team of cancer counsellors at ESNEFT. We are looking for a motivated and experienced counsellor with the skills to offer therapeutic support to cancer patients and their relatives.</p>
<p>As part of a cross site collaborative counselling service, you will work 34 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, based in the Cancer Wellbeing and Information Centre at Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals. Subject to room availability and needs of the service you will work at least 2 days at Colchester (Monday and Tuesday) and 1 day in Ipswich (Wednesday or Friday). Other time can be worked from home. Regular outreach clinics are held in Clacton and counsellors also provide telephone support from home.</p>
<p>You are required to have previous experience of working as a counsellor, ideally in a secondary care setting. You will be BACP accredited or working towards accreditation with substantial experience of counselling clients and time-limited work. You will support cancer patients and their loved ones who may present with a range of needs, such as trauma, grief and loss to effectively manage the challenges and ethical dilemmas presented in this area of work.</p>

  <p>This position has been introduced to enable flexible delivery within a portfolio of courses, and where appropriate, across portfolios. It aims to facilitate the post holder in implementing a wide range of skills within an integrated post. At senior level, the post holder will be required to undertake a leadership role in relation to an aspect of course delivery, in this instance, the assessment component of the MA in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (M58), which is accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council.   <p><strong>Overview and main duties of the post</strong></p> <p>The position of Psychodynamic Psychotherapist has been introduced to enable flexible delivery within a portfolio of courses, and where appropriate, across portfolios. It aims to facilitate the post holder in implementing a wide range of skills within an integrated post. At senior level, the post holder will be required to undertake a leadership role in relation to an aspect of course delivery such as module leadership; assessment; recruitment etc. The postholder will work flexibly across a range of programmes to provide teaching, supervision and tuition to master's and where appropriate, doctoral students, as required. The postholder will also be involved in recruitment and assessment processes and will assist flexibly in all aspects of course delivery within the portfolio and other portfolios where relevant.</p>   <h3>About us</h3>
