Some verbal aggression. We work with a lot of people that have a forensic history are under the Firs-team. These PWS are under the MOJ and have conditions to their discharge. It is a busy service with a lot of professionals coming and going. Therefore, candidates need to have calming a nature. Staff are required to have a good understanding of Mental health conditions ; they need to be positive in nature and confident. Staff will need be confident in lone worker and working of their own initiative. Good IT skills, spoken language, communication skills are required.
