Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Offer specialist one-to-one and group counselling to people both in-person and remotely.</li> <li>Undertake assessments and interventions addressing emotional wellbeing, coping strategies, resilience, bereavement and life transitions.</li> <li>Support wellbeing initiatives across the Centre, including peer-support groups, listening services, and Carer programmes.</li> <li>Contribute to new wellbeing initiatives developed in response to peoples needs.</li> <li>Maintain practice standards aligned with BACP/NCPS codes of ethics and Centre clinical guidelines.</li> <li>Manage your own clinical caseload, including complex cases.</li> <li>Maintain accurate, confidential records and produce reports, assessments and outcome measures as required.</li> <li>Contribute ideas for service improvement and innovative wellbeing projects.</li> </ul>
