The role: We are looking for a Lead Clinician (OT / SALT / Psychotherapist) to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Hemlock Stone School based in Nottinghamshire. The postholder will work collaboratively with both the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload. Working collaboratively with the team, the postholder will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This new, nurse-led facility has been designed to support adults with enduring mental health conditions who no longer require hospital-level care but still need structured, recovery-focused support. The service will provide a calm, therapeutic environment where patients can regain independence and work towards community reintegration. We are now seeking Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join the team on a permanent basis, playing a key role in shaping and delivering this new model of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in line with individual care plans and recovery goals. Contribute to ongoing assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer prescribed medication and monitor therapeutic effectiveness.
