The Role In this role, you will provide Low Intensity CBT-based interventions whilst undertaking the Postgraduate Certificate Psychological Well-being Practice delivered by the University of Essex. This training post will equip you with the skills and knowledge to provide evidence-based treatment to clients with a range of common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. You will be joining a motivated team of mental health professionals and experienced supervisors, who will support you to complete both your academic study and your clinical delivery. The start date of this position is 22nd September 2025, with a full week of service induction before the University starts on 29th September 2025. A Disclosure and Barring check (DBS, formerly CRB) and two satisfactory references will be required by the service for appointment to post. A typical working week includes a mixture of University teaching, study day and service days. On your service days, you will be supported in providing high volume low intensity interventions for mild to moderate anxiety and depression. University days will be hybrid training with a combination of remote and face-to-face teaching.&nbsp; Whilst your clinical practice is likely to include some remote working, you will be expected to attend one of the Basildon and Brentwood offices for part of the week. After successful completion of your Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Qualification, you will be required to apply for your PWP Registration through either the BPS or BABCP. Key Responsibilities&nbsp; 
 
Design engaging and accessible visuals for digital and print platforms with a focus on impact reports, social graphics, and a supporter magazine. This makes up around 70% of the work with 30% spent on video.&nbsp; 
 
Interpret and execute creative briefs with originality and strategic thinking.&nbsp; 
 
Produce high-quality video content that showcases our work and impact.&nbsp; 
 
Manage digital assets, ensuring proper organisation and consent compliance.&nbsp; 
 
Keep our Digital Asset Management system updated for seamless access and use.&nbsp; 
 
Collaborate across departments, bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design.&nbsp; 
 
Essential Skills &amp; Experience&nbsp; 
 
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).&nbsp; 
 
Strong experience working alongside marketing and communications teams.&nbsp;

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an&nbsp;Occupational Health Technician ManagerWorking closely with your regional Team Leaders, and other associated clinicians and client services colleagues to ensure the delivery of Safe, Effective, and Quality Occupational Health services. Ensure OH Screening OHTs are confident, competent and fully utilised to maximise revenue and support in delivering the Business Plan., through collaboration with the OHT Team Leaders, to promote continuous improvement within their teams regarding audit feedback and engagement with quality service delivery.Traveling as part of the role to attend meetings, provide support and training, as well as cover annual leave and any sickness absence is necessary however PAM will always look to minimise this.Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesMaintaining a positive customer service experience, and the quality of the delivery of Occupational Health Services within the full Occupational Health Technician team.Appropriate clinical supervision (in accordance with/within the confines of any delegated authority from a Registered Healthcare Professional) of their regional Occupational Health Technician team.Increasing the business quality through effective relationship building with employees &amp; managers.Ensure that OHT resources are utilised (within the remit of role) to maximise revenue and productivity within the Technician team (maximising billable hours for each team's contracted working days), by working alongside the Utilisation Manager; provide pastoral care/line management and clinical support to OHT Team (inc.
