Some verbal aggression. We work with a lot of people that have a forensic history are under the Firs-team. These PWS are under the MOJ and have conditions to their discharge. It is a busy service with a lot of professionals coming and going. Therefore, candidates need to have calming a nature. Staff are required to have a good understanding of Mental health conditions ; they need to be positive in nature and confident.
