You will be part of the Talking Therapies team offering one to one, telephone and online therapy as well as group work; this aspect of the role can be delivered on a Hybrid basis.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team of PWPs, Counsellors and CBT therapists who work collaboratively to deliver the best service and outcomes for clients. Health and wellbeing of staff along with investing in our team is important to us. You will receive regular supervision and will also have the opportunity to attend suitable training events to support your professional development.</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 8a Child &amp; Adolescent Psychotherapist to join our multi disciplinary dynamic CAMHS service. Consideration will also be given too newly qualified child and adolescent Psychotherapist for whom this would be a development post moving to a Band 8a following 2 years post qualification.</p> <p>The role of the Child &amp; Adolescent Psychotherapist is to ensure delivery and development of a high-quality specialist assessment and intervention underpinned by a psycho-analytical framework to compliment the range of psychological/therapeutic services within the multi-disciplinary service.</p> <p>We offer a specialist service to families and young people through face-to-face contacts or indirectly by liaising closely with statutory and voluntary organisations.   <p>An exciting opportunity have arisen on Shakespeare inpatient ward at the Harbour, for the role of Health and Wellbeing worker.</p>
<p>This role is perfect for outgoing, highly motivated and creative individuals, who want to enhance service users inpatient experience through activity.</p>

  <p>The successful candidate will be expected to provide healthy lifestyle interventions with service users, and will be expected to lead on delivering high quality meaningful activities.</p>
<p>As such a motivated individual with a creative streak is required. You will be expected to be part of a health and wellbeing team that provides 7 day activity provision, and as such will be required to work weekends on a shift pattern. You will also be required to be available to work between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00, dependent on service need.</p>

  <p>An exciting and interesting opportunity is available for a suitably qualified Clinical, Counselling or Health psychologist to join the General Medicine Psychology team within the Clinical Health Psychology Department at Salford Royal Hospital.</p> <p>You will join a very well-established psychology team providing psychological assessment and care to a range of diagnosis. The post holder will be expected to offer expertise at a senior level in this exciting field of Clinical Health Psychology. Team working will be integral to the role, including involvement in MDT meetings and regular liaison, teaching, and joint working with professional colleagues to support the wider medical/nursing team in relation to psychological aspects of care.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Support the Consultant Lead Psychologist to provide senior leadership, supervision and support for the members of the general medicine psychology team.</p>
<p>Triage and assess referrals from the 15 medical specialisms,</p>
<p>Lead on service delivery for complex cases within the general medicine service, in collaboration with the service lead.</p>
<p>Lead on several of the areas of the general medicine service as a special interest, developing links with the specialist nurses, members of the medical team, relevant special interest groups and 3rd sector agencies. To develop teaching for the university ClinPsyD Programmes, Health psychology course and the IAPT training in these specialist areas, as required.</p>
<p>To contribute to clinical pathways and development of business cases to maintain capacity for this rapidly growing service, in consultation with the service lead.</p>
<p>Provide specialist assessment and treatment recommendations for individuals accessing the general medicine health psychology service. S</p>
<p>Manage referrals from multiple sources, maintain outpatient clinical psychology waiting lists, and take autonomous management of their own caseload.</p>
<p>To line manage an assistant psychologist, where needed and contribute to specialist supervision to other members of the psychology team</p>

  <p>We are delighted to offer an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic and compassionateClinical Psychologist/Practitioner Psychologistto step into anewly established Band 8b Clinical Leadrole within our vibrant and friendlySalford Early Intervention in Psychosis service (EIP) and the Early Detection and Intervention Team (EDIT).</p> <p>The post holder will provide direct clinical work, while also supporting all aspects of psychological and psych-social intervention work carried within the EI and EDIT teams, via the provision of supervision, consultation and training and co-working opportunities. The post holder will promote a normalising, trauma informed, continua based approach to understanding psychosis (e.g., by regularly contributing to MDT discussions, supervision and training).</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This is an opportunity to lead psychological care provision in Salford for people identified as being 'at risk' of developing first episode psychosis, and those experiencing first episode psychosis. Salford EDIT and EI teams are multidisciplinary teams with a strong culture of facilitating personal recovery via psychological and psychosocial interventions.</p> <p>The post-holder will lead on the development and delivery of psychological interventions, ensuring high quality evidence-based and trauma-informed practice across the pathway. They will benefit from strong peer support within a highly skilled network of psychologists across GMMH and have access to excellent CPD opportunities, as well as reflective practice, and research opportunities.</p> <p>We are looking for: An HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist/Practitioner psychologist with substantial post-qualification experience in adult mental health and especially psychosis, with extensive experience of working well within multidisciplinary NHS teams, with expertise in CBT for psychosis and Family Interventions, with considerable supervision and leadership experience.</p> <p>If you are a passionate clinician and wish to utilise the full range of your knowledge and skills to aid personal recoveries of people within an EDIT and EI service context, we'd very much like to hear from you.</p>
