  <p>As a band 7 MSK physiotherapist you will have to opportunity to continue developing your clinical skills for practice.   <p>This post holder will have their own caseload of complex medical in patients. They will provide clinical and managerial support to the therapy team working in specialty areas including infectious diseases, cardiology and respiratory medicine. Part of this role is to provide expert input to improve patient outcomes, facilitate discharge planning and provide supervision to the band 5 OT, students and Therapy Assistants. They will receive regular supervision and peer support as well as have opportunities for study, leadership and in-house training.</p> <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced Occupational Therapist who has significant experience of working with people with a variety of medical conditions.   <p>A highly motivated and skilled Head Occupational Therapist to lead and coordinate the OT component of patient care within the day unit, providing specialist assessment and evidence based treatment for adults with moderate to severe eating disorders You will be required to design, deliver and evaluate both group and individual programs that address individual occupational needs, enhance occupational performance, participation and recovery. You will champion excellence in OT practice, leading on audit, service evaluation and implementation of best practice to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of OT provision. You will work collaboratively with all members of the MDT, patients &amp; carers contributing to holistic care planning. You will support the Team Leader in the daily management of the unit, including deputising in their absence. You will provide professional leadership, mentorship and supervision to the Occupational Therapy Assistant Practitioner, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. Part of this role will require you to support future workforce development, acting as practice educator for OT students and promoting learning opportunities across the service. In addition, you will engage in strategic and service development, working closely with Day Unit Leadership and AHP Lead for Specialist Services to represent the OT perspective and contribute to local, divisional and Trust-wide AHP and Community Eating Disorder objectives.</p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in an 8a role as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist within our Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS, formerly known as CAMHS) multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering a high-quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people and their families in the East of Hertfordshire, with our three bases, predominantly Hoddesdon but may be required to cover Welwyn Garden City and Bishop Stortford.</p><p>You will have HCPC registration and provide a highly specialist child and adolescent service within the context of the principles of CAPA (The Choice and Partnership Approach) and CYP-IAPT, providing both core work and specific/specialist work. HPFT has been at the forefront on national developments in CYPMHS, including CAPA and CYP-IAPT,</p><p>CYPMHS East is a caring, supportive and hard-working team which prides itself in working in collaboratively with young people and stakeholders in service delivery. There are opportunities to take a lead in areas of service delivery.</p><p>You will have strong links with professional colleagues in the wider CYPMHS.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will be responsible for a caseload of complex assessment, treatment and consultation work with children and their families/carers/networks who have mental health issues. They will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing interventions in line with the principles and practice of CYP-IAPT. They will work in ways which are sensitive to and appropriate for the needs of families from a wide range of racial, cultural and religious backgrounds. They will undertake risk assessment and risk management for all children and adolescents, including the protective and risk factors in the network of significant relationships.</p>
<p>They will act as care coordinator, where appropriate, ensuring provision of a care plan, taking responsibility for initiating, planning and review of the client's care, ensuring the work of others involved and communicating effectively with the child/ the carer/professional as appropriate, monitoring the progress of multi-disciplinary interventions.</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust (SABP) and work within Surrey Heath Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS).</p> <p><strong>We are looking for part-time two roles; 2 days and 3 days.</strong></p> <p>The post offers a diverse range of experience working with people with complex mental health difficulties. You will join a friendly and supportive group of psychologists in the locality and there will be opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills through CPD.</p> <p>The trust has an enviable care pathways system which values psychology, psychotherapy and the arts psychotherapies and there are opportunities to train in CBT for psychosis, family interventions, CBT for personality disorders, compassion-focussed supervision, EMDR and structured clinical management. Employees are also able to access leadership and management as well as coaching and mentoring specific to psychologists and additional supervisors training.</p> <p>As a Trust we pride our-selves on our innovative and collaborative approach to providing the highest quality, person-centered care. We have a comprehensive primary care personality disorder services as well as established primary care MH teams working alongside GP practices.
