<p>A fantastic opportunity has arisen within PAM Occupational Health Solutions for an&nbsp;<strong>Occupational Health Technician</strong>&nbsp;to join our OH Screening Team within the Private/Public sector and support some of our well-established clients.</p><p><strong>Covering - Northampton, Coventry, Peterborough and&nbsp;surrounding areas, and willingness to travel UK Wide ​- Car allowance provided.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>8.5 working day, providing 7 clinical hours, Driving and some overnight stays are required in this role and are fully paid for.   <p>We are looking to recruit a full-time Senior Clinical Psychologist (or equivalent) or a more recently qualified Clinical Psychologist seeking a preceptorship role to join the south in-patient service for older people within Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT). This service offers psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for people over the age of 65 years with dementia, as well as those experiencing distress from emotional disorders or psychosis who require admission.</p>

  <p>This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.</p> <p>This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, evolving Talking Therapies service. The post holder will contribute to the development of the low intensity clinical service provision within Bedfordshire Talking Therapies. The role represents an opportunity for experienced Low Intensity workers who are committed to this model to move to develop their careers and gain clinical and line management experience.</p> <p>The post-holder will be required to hold a qualification (Post grad dip/cert) in Low intensity CBT with relevant registration with BABCP or BPS. </p> <p>Given the line management and supervision components to the post, the post holder will be expected to have at least 1 years post qualification experience, are enthusiastic and are excited by the development of low intensity services. They will be excited to share their interest and passion, and to develop these qualities and skills in others. </p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will work with adults with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and may be called upon to work in various community settings (including GP surgeries and other, 3rd sector, settings) and psychological treatment centres. </p> <p>The post holder will line manage and case manage IAPT Low intensity workers, as well as facilitating clinical skills supervision and working on a project, under the direction of the Step 2 Team Lead.</p> <p>The post holder will be expected to attend a minimum of one day a week in one of our bases - Gilbert Hitchcock House (Bedford) or Whichello's Wharf (Leighton Buzzard). The rest of the working week will be completed working from home.   <p>As a Peer Support Worker within the rough sleepers/homelessness outreach team at Addiction Recovery Community Milton Keynes (ARC MK), you'll be a vital part of a passionate and multi-disciplinary team. Your lived experience of recovery won't just be welcomed -- it will be celebrated as a powerful tool for change. You'll offer practical support, empathy, and hope to individuals using the service, helping them take back control and shape their own unique recovery journeys.</p> <p>In this role, you'll work closely with professionals such as Psychologists, Advanced Lived Experience Practitioners, and the Lead Group Facilitator, supporting service users both one-to-one and in groups. You'll have opportunities to co-work with colleagues and contribute to the development of peer-led, trauma-informed, and inclusive care.   <p>Main Duties of the role:</p> <p> To work as part of the multi-disciplinary team in order to deliver support to individuals in the RDP, ARC MK and the Addictions directorate, and supporting the interventions used in these services.</p> <p> To use personal, experiential knowledge and to share lived experience, as appropriate to the peer role, in building safe, trusting relationships with named service users.</p> <p> To assume a 'coaching' role supporting service users in developing personal recovery tools; this can be delivered individually or in groups.</p> <p> To empower and enable each individual service user, in a non-directive, non-prescriptive way, to discover and make use of their own strengths and to build and strengthen positive connections with their peers, networks and wider communities.</p> <p> To use personal experience of recovery to help motivate service users and act as a role model to service users to inspire hope, share life experiences and lessons learned as a person in recovery.</p> <p> To provide opportunities for service users to direct their own recovery process and support service users in identifying and overcoming fears within a relationship of empathy and trust.</p>
