<p>In the Oxfordshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services teams we are focused on ensuring young people gain access to the right care in a timely way.</p>
<p>We are launching an initiative for one year to focus on young people and their families who require assessment and treatment from the Getting Help and Getting More help teams. You would be joining a specific team including a mix of mental health professionals to focus on these young people and their families.</p>
<p>The team would have a hybrid working model, combining face-to-face and remote working, with different bases across the Oxfordshire County, including Oxford City, Abingdon and Banbury. Flexibility depending on where you live would be on an individual basis.</p>
<p>We are looking for enthusiastic clinicians to join the team who enjoy working with others, have a flexible approach to delivering treatment and enjoy a challenge. You will have a clear job plan setting out the expectations and will be fully supervised as well as working closely with the rest of the team for support.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>In this role, you'll have the opportunity to really get involved in the Systemic provision offered within the Oxford North and South Locality. On a day-to-day basis, this will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Offering mental health assessment to young people open to CAMHS</li>
<li>hold a caseload of families who require a systemic approach.</li>
<li>Actively support the family therapy clinic, with a reflecting team.</li>
<li>To provide specialist family therapy advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals contributing directly to clients' formulation, diagnosis and treatment plan.</li>
<li>To plan and implement family therapy treatment or management of a client's mental health problems using evidence based practice.</li>
<li>To evaluate and make decisions about treatment options taking into account both theoretical and therapeutic models and complex factors concerning historical and developmental processes that have shaped the family.</li>
</ul>
<p>The team would work closely with the current Multi-Disciplinary Teams including psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy, social work, mental health nursing and occupational therapy. We are also supported by an admin team, who are well-embedded within the wider team.</p>
<p>You would receive appropriate clinical and management supervision as developing relationships with your new colleagues within the team.</p>

Highly Specialist Family & Systemic Therapist

  <p><strong>We do not offer sponsorship for this role.</strong></p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to work within well-established work areas for patients with a primary diagnosis of server mental illness or personality disorder.</p>  <p>The post will be based within the high security, forensic hospital environment as part of a team working with patients learning new work ability skills.</p>  <p>The hospital has moved to a new bespoke hospital and is the most modern high security forensic hospital in the country. The hospital focuses on innovative care to a challenging and interesting patient group. The hospital focuses on reducing risk and offending behaviours. </p> <p>We are looking to offer a job to a resourceful, motivated person who can demonstrate skill in engaging patients and team work. There are opportunities to progress in the service a via Occupational Therapy apprenticeship or through the Rehabilitation Therapy Service and the development of technical skills in teaching patients skills.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Occupational Therapy ( Sensory ) and Music Therapy Assistant post is based in the within the high security setting of Broadmoor hospital. The aim of the service is to engage, support and develop patients as part of their recovery through engagement in meaningful therapy session. The post will be working two days a week with the Music Therapist and three days a week with the Sensory Integration Practitioner assessing patients who have are Neurodiversity challenges. </p>
