  <p>This key Band 7 clinical role is offered at full time, although we would also welcome applicants seeking part-time positions. You need to be a BABCP accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, either with demonstrable skills in working with the CYP client group, or an ability to transfer across from adult work. We would particularly welcome applicants from minoritized backgrounds and those that actively demonstrate an interest in increasing young peoples' participation in shaping CAMHS delivery.</p> <p>Our team has strong links to universities and researchers. A key advantage of working in secondary care is the chance to work alongside and learn from highly specialist nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists and psychotherapists. Within Sussex CAMHS we have a strong psychology and CBT team. You will be well-supported with training and CPD, and opportunities for career development.</p> <p>We operate a pathways model and you would hold some clinical lead responsibilities within these, including decision-making around treatment options. We would expect the therapist to be conversant with IAPT principles, and practiced in using ROMS and disorder specific outcome measures as part of evaluation and of their work, as well as part of ongoing team audit. It would also be helpful if the therapist has demonstrated experience of offering training and consultation to other professionals within and outside the team as necessary. </p>

Within Sussex CAMHS we have a strong psychology and CBT team. You will be well-supported with training and CPD, and opportunities for career development.</p> <p>We would expect the therapist to be conversant with IAPT principles, and practiced in using ROMS and disorder specific outcome measures as part of evaluation and of their work, as well as part of ongoing team audit.   <p>As a member of the CAMHS team, you would participate in the core multi-disciplinary assessment and intervention work of the team, and engage in multi-agency liaison work as necessary. You would also be required to participate in the supervision, training and the overall governance requirements of SPFT CAMHS.</p> <p>We operate a pathways model and you would hold some clinical lead responsibilities within these, including decision-making around treatment options, and supervision of low intensity CBT practitioners and trainees. You would also play a lead role in our group interventions.</p> <p>You'd part of a very busy but lively and welcoming CAMHS team, which offers a wide range of individual, group and systemic interventions, and is involved in a number of innovative evaluation and research projects and service developments.   <p>Would you like to work in a friendly and supportive Maternal Mental Health Service delivering a service across Hull, East Riding, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire to women experiencing maternal loss?</p>
<p>This is a new service and you will be working alongside other therapists delivering highly skilled psychological interventions at this difficult time in women's/families lives. We are looking to recruit a full time Family Therapist to lead with Systemic interventions.</p>
<p>Do you like the idea of using your skills in a rewarding and fulfilling way to help women at a crucial point in their lives? We know that providing person centred care and intervention can impact significantly on quality of life for women as well as that of their families and this post will add to our current well recruited CBT offer.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be expected to deliver family based interventions across all 4 patches that we cover and also work alongside our CBT Therapists developing and delivering systemic psychological interventions within the Maternal Mental Health Service.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>For the provision and development of specialised art, drama, music therapy and psychological services for our patients on Ruby ward. The work will have a particular emphasis on later life issues, including Dementia.</p> <ul>  <li>To assess clients with complex and high risk needs for suitability for individual and group art, drama, music therapy.</li>  <li>To facilitate a treatment program which is flexible and sensitive to the needs of the client group and involve clients in group and one to one work using a variety of modalities associated with their particular discipline (i.e., art therapy, music therapy, dramatherapy) in a therapeutic and creative and safe way.</li>  <li>To work as part of a multidisciplinary team in planning, implementing and evaluating treatment, providing assessment and treatment for clients referred to the service and evaluate care.</li>  <li>To provide specialist advice and clinical supervision for other professionals, colleagues or trainees where appropriate.</li>  <li>The post holder will show proof of commitment to continuing professional development.</li>  <li>To work independently, designing and establishing a specialist clinical art, drama, music therapy service for clients.</li> </ul> <p><strong>At KMPT, we are serious about diversity and inclusion, and we are working hard to build this into our DNA.
