What We're Looking For: Experience in working with children or young people in a care setting (preferred but not essential - full training provided).A caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication skills.The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures (training can be provided).Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
