Based at Cromwell House, Winchester, the Older Adults CMHT offers assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and support for people with a deterioration in cognition and/or dementia and over 65's who present with functional mental health illnesses. We work closely with carers and other services, such as Adult Health and Social Care and with the voluntary sector. The CMHT is a lively, dynamic, and supportive multi-disciplinary team which provides care coordination and recovery focused care for individuals with complex and challenging mental health needs. You will need excellent assessment and communication skills. In addition, you will carry a caseload and participate in the team's duty system.
