  <p>As a CAMHS Clinician you will join a vibrant and experienced multi-disciplinary team and draw on your professional training, skills and experience in providing assessments and a variety of evidence-based interventions for children and young people presenting with a range of mental health difficulties, and their carers and networks. Most of the children and young people we work with have had experiences of adversity and trauma which impact their development, mental health and relationships. We work with children who have a diagnosis of Neurodiversity and learning disability You will need to have an interest in working with this group and an understanding of the impact of Neurodiversity at home and in school setting. You will have a key role in supporting the work of the team in the assessments of children and young people referred, working with carers and young people offering therapeutic and risk management interventions, contribute to our care-coordination and duty system, deliver consultation and training for other professionals working with children and young people in other settings.   <p>The role aims to improve the experience for our children and young
people (CYP) presenting with mental health problems who would otherwise have
seen a GP. In this role you will work as part of the South West London and St
Georges Mental Health NHS Trust and primary care team in Central Sutton PCN in
Sutton, providing support to GP practices for children and young people (CYP)

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner under the additional roles
reimbursement scheme to work directly to support GP practices for children and

and carers through consultation, advice and signposting. This role will be
working autonomously, but will have the support of a multi-professional primary
care team made up of doctors, nurses, clinical pharmacists, physician associate,

a diverse population. You will have excellent communication skills in
