  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will play a key role within the Bedford Mental Health Support Team (MHST), who will have the responsibility for delivering both evidence based and 'Whole schools' approaches to provide mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people.The role will help to develop and deliver a wide range of interventions, projects and system change with the aim of whole school and whole community approaches to supporting young people's mental health. </p>  <p>The Bedford MHST is part of a wider Community Access Service in the locality, where the team are working to reduce health inequalities in communities where these are most prominent. Working closely with the schools and other external partners addressing their most prominent needs, by implementing whole schools approaches and targeted interventions. You would be joining a comprehensive and dynamic CAMHS service, delivering a substantial stepped model of care following the needs-led Thrive framework.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>  <li>Act as an advanced autonomous practitioner, demonstrating a high level of practice/knowledge whilst participating in direct evidenced based patient care working as part of a multi- disciplinary team providing professional and clinical support to patients.</li>  <li>Undertake autonomous health assessments; diagnosing, treating and discharging patients within own competence. You will provide expert care and treatment to patients within agreed protocols and clinical guidelines.</li>  <li>Function in a variety of role dimensions: health care provider, educator, researcher, clinical advocate and implementer of clinical governance.</li>  <li>Be a senior clinician within the team. The role will predominantly be clinical, but also include some operational leadership and supervision to your small team of junior staff</li> </ul>  <p>You will clinically lead a small team consisting of newly qualified Nurses, Nurse Associates and Support Workers to provide care and interventions to a complex caseload of patients. This will be as part of a wider team working alongside our primary care networks, supported by both psychiatric and psychological therapy clinicians.</p> <p>The service is open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 not including bank holidays.</p>

  <p>The post holder will be working within a busy team alongside a team ofregistered mental health nurses and be supported by the Team Manager,Senior Clinical Lead/CBT Practitioner, and team administrators.</p> <p>Post holders will have a high level of autonomy working across designated GP practices, managing their own clinics and providing mental healthassessment and evidenced based treatment for people aged over 18. You will provide a service to people who exhibit complex common mental health needs and stable, predictable and enduring serious mental health needs. You will be expected to develop and manage all aspects of their service, such as waiting lists according to local need, working within the parameters of the service operational policy.</p> <p>A key aspect of this role is GP consultation, liaison, education and training. You will be expected to attend GP practice meetings at least twice a year to discuss the service and actively seek feedback and report any issues to the team leader as well as areas for improvement and any innovative practice for sharing and disseminating. Staff will be expected to autonomously manage high volumes of referrals. Staff are expected to work on their own initiative in a busy and demanding service and to be able manage change effectively.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To be the first clinical point of contact for the service, effectively screening,assessing and working with service users with complex common mentalhealth needs and stable, predictable and enduring serious mental healthneeds, exercising judgement to identify and assess healthcare needs, andconsider range of options for treatment.</p> <p>To deliver of Primary care recovery focused Psychological Interventions that meet the need of service users who are too complex and/or not suitable forTalking Therapies yet do not meet the threshold for the Psychological Therapies in Secondary care mental health.</p> <p>Support Primary care (GP Surgeries) in the management of service users on Depot medication. Depots to be administered by practice nurses.   <p>Essex SET MID CAMHS has an opportunity for 2 qualified professionals to step into an established role within a diverse and experienced team.</p>
<p>The Mid Essex CAMHS team has a base in Chelmsford and covers the surrounding areas including Braintree, Maldon, Southminster and Halstead. The successful applicants would be based in Chelmsford but expected to cover our satellite clinics in Braintree, Halstead and Maldon.</p>
<p>The CAMHS Practitioner role supports the development and implementation of a range of interventions within the Thrive Model as indicated by SET CAMHS and NICE guidance e.g CBT, DBT, trauma informed.</p>
<p>The successful applicant will demonstrate thorough assessment skills including care planning and risk formulation. You will be able to provide a variety of one to one and group treatments and include the use of outcome measures and goal setting to track progress. Experience of working within multi-agency frameworks would be advantageous. This post would suit clinicians with good experience in working with young people who present with complexity and significant levels of risk, and can work with the wider systems including education, social care and family/carers.</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 6 Practitioner, to join our award winning ongoing developing CCETTS Team based in Lincoln.</p> <p>Our service covers areas across North of Lincolnshire so having a means to travel is essential.</p> <p>We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals to join our award-winning team. You will be providing crisis and enhanced home treatment for young people struggling with acute deteriorating mental health difficulties, including self-harm, suicidal ideation, eating disorders/ disordered eating and psychosis. Our team looks at providing an alternative to a tier 4 admission and supporting those being discharged from an acute inpatient admission following an episode of care.</p> <p>The role will include providing Crisis Assessments, 1:1 therapeutic intervention; utilising DBT and CBT skills, providing Emotional First Aid group work, and psycho- education with parents and Carers.</p> <p>You will work closely with our CAMHs Mental Health Liaison service.</p> <p>You will be expected to work a shift pattern on a Rota basis covering 7 days per week: 08:45-19:00hrs.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To provide a high standard of community clinical care, ensuring safe and effective assessment, treatment and comprehensive discharge planning using highly developed clinical reasoning skills and appropriate assessment tools</p> <p>Provide rapid response to children/young people presenting with urgent and emergency mental health presentations over a 24/7 rota.</p> <p>Work as part of a team managing referrals for assessment and intensive community treatmentfor young people experiencing a mental health crisis or at risk of hospital admission.</p> <p>Act as bed co-ordinators for out-of-county placements.</p> <p>Support the Access Assessment of new referrals for in-patient beds.</p> <p>Act as lead professional for complex cases within the team.</p> <p>Engage with young people to provide mental health and risk assessment, risk management plans, and taking appropriate therapeutic risk for young people following crisis.</p> <p>Provide full assessment and collaborative care planning for implementation by the multi-disciplinary team, in partnership with young people/carers and other workers involved in care delivery.</p> <p>Work in accordance with relevant childcare, health legislation and professional standards in partnership with wider children's services and to engage fully with Safeguarding, Common Assessment Framework and other processes which requires working together with other agencies.</p>
