  <p>The Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) were established in Nottingham City in February 2020, providing an early intervention and preventative service for over 892 children and young people and their families so far. This includes providing support for anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties, as well as running workshops to groups of children within educational settings, on themes such as transition, resilience and wellbeing, general wellbeing hacks, worry and distractions and emotions through puberty.</p><p>Currently MHST are supporting children and young people in over 70 educational settings, which will increase over the next 18 months to around 100 sites across the city. The expansion is being funded through £1.01m from NHS England and Health Education England as part of a national initiative.</p><p>We work in partnership with the school community and other wellbeing services to develop a whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing, building on what is being done already. We aim to achieve this goal through offering a range of services, including:</p><ul> <li>Improving access to mental health support and services.</li> <li>Delivering training and workshops for schools and parents</li> <li>Providing consultation to schools on mental health and wellbeing</li> <li>Individual and group interventions for children and young people experiencing difficulties with managing emotions</li> <li>And more!</li></ul>

<p><strong>Cygnet Broughton House:</strong></p>

<p>Broughton House is a 29 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care.</p>

<p>Broughton House is divided into five distinct areas to support individuals within smaller environments. The main part of the building offers nine beds, with four beds in both the Coach House and The Flat. On-site there are two separate properties, Sutton House and Sandbeck House, each with six beds.</p>

<p><strong>Your Day-to-Day</strong></p>

 <li>Youll be working 16 hours a week</li>
 <li>Work as a team Psychologist within a multidisciplinary team (MDT)</li>
 <li>Carry out psychological assessments &amp; provide therapy to individuals &amp; groups</li>
 <li>Collaboratively develop care plans with the MDT</li>
 <li>Provide training &amp; supervision to colleagues, &amp; consultation to teams</li>
 <li>Evaluate the service, contribute to its development &amp; carry out clinical research</li>
 <li>Disseminate outcomes via conference presentations and publications.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>We are looking for someone who is...</strong></p>

 <li>A HCPC registered Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist with experience in a clinical forensic or mental health setting</li>
 <li>Newly qualified and applicants due to qualify within 6 months are welcome to apply</li>
 <li>Preferably trained in complex therapies such as Schema focused, Cognitive Analytical and DBT</li>
 <li>Passionate about working with people with a range of complex mental health needs</li>
 <li>Capable of treating difficulties such as self-harm, physical &amp; verbal aggression, history of sexual offending and drug &amp; alcohol problems.</li>

  <p>L</p> <p>Lincolnshire Talking Therapies is an IAPT site and a vacancy has arisen for a Team Manager, covering Stamford team. We are looking for someone who is able to lead the clinical and admin staff in a very busy, demanding service, achieving an effective balance between management and support. The role is permanent, but we would be willing to consider secondment for any internal applicants.</p> <p>The successful candidate will need to hold a degree and must have either a core profession that is accredited with a suitable governing body or have an equivalent qualification as a psychological therapist.</p> <p>The role will involve providing the day-to-day operational management of the team, including offering supervision to all staff and delivering the team meeting. There is an expectation of managing budgets and resources as well as organising staff recruitment. The role will involve being responsible for health and safety in the team base.</p> <p>The successful candidate will need to hold exceptional self-management and organisational skills and be confident in directing the team. Good IT skills and understanding of data are essential to the role. Regular contact/support from the other Team Managers and Service Manager is offered as the role can involve working in a mainly independent way. We are looking for someone to join us who embodies the Trust values and puts service users at the heart of everything they do.   <p>To provide day to day management of a Lincolnshire Talking Therapies team</p> <p>Provide managerial supervision and appraisals to the therapists, EAs and admin in the teams.</p> <p>To work with the Clinical Leads to improve delivery of care.</p> <p>To monitor the performance of the individuals and the team in relation to Key Performance Indicators.</p> <p>To deliver team meetings.</p> <p>To contribute to the development of the service, participating in management discussions and decision making through attendance at service management meetings.</p> <p>To recruit to posts within their locality.</p> <p>Support the development of the professional practice in the service, ensuring the provision of clinical supervision.</p> <p>Support the Service Manager in planning and managing the overall expenditure of the team of staff, supplies equipment, etc, within the budget, in accordance with the Trust's standing orders, standing financial instructions, budgetary rules and other financial policies.</p> <p>Promote equality and ease of access to service.</p> <p>To support the Service Manager on service improvement following case reviews, complaints and incidents.</p> <p>Support the development of new ways of working within the service and the Trust.</p> <p>To advise the Service Manager of any undue occurrence reported or witnessed or complaint received.</p> <p>To observe and oversee adherence to all Health and Safety at work policies and contribute towards safe working practices.</p> <p>Attend and present cases to local interface meetings</p>
