  <p>Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has acquired funding to expand its current provision for Eating Disorders Services across Gwent. The additional funding will enable the Specialist Eating Disorders Service to offer early intervention and treatment to those adults presenting with an eating disorders and young people transitioning from CAMHS. As part of this exciting development an opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Practitioner to join the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board Specialist Eating Disorders Service.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone with an interest in eating disorders and passion for service improvement to join our multidisciplinary team. The Specialist Eating disorder team members will support the successful candidate in their work with service users. </p>
<p>The Specialist Eating Disorders Service aims to ensure that service provision for eating disorders is high quality, innovative, and equitably delivered across Gwent, with a focus on early detection and intervention, inclusivity, person centred, relationship based, recovery focused and trauma informed.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Specialist Eating Disorders Service are looking to recruit a skilled practitioner who will work collaboratively with them to develop and deliver individual, group and family treatment programmes that address the complex physical, psychological and psychosocial needs of clients and their families/carers.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will provide specialist eating disorder assessments and interventions to clients and their families, education and training to colleagues within the health board and support and supervision to colleagues within the service. Experience of working with people with eating disorders would be desirable.</p>
<p>The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.</p>

  <p>We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Senior Community Support Worker to join our dynamic Crisis Resolution &amp; Home Treatment Team. <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>These are part time posts working 22.5 hours per week. However, we
would consider less hours for the successful candidate but would have to be a
minimum of 15 hours. The salary quoted is pro rata for part time hours.</p><p>We are looking for two motivated individuals with lived experience to support our current quality improvement programme on our older adult mental health inpatient wards. The post will be funded via the Royal College of Psychiatry`s Culture of Care Programme.</p><p>This programme aims to improve the culture of inpatient mental health, learning disability and autism for patients and staff so that they are safe, therapeutic and equitable places to be cared for, and fulfilling places to work.</p><p>Integrated Lived Experience takes the form of true co-production, the role focusses on creating a supportive and compassionate atmosphere for both staff and patients. There is an emphasis on developing change ideas in line with the programme alongside the wider MDT and core project team.</p><p>We can offer flexible working and will be supporting the successful applicant with training whilst in post.</p><p>These posts are fixed term post due to time
limited nature of the funding which will end in
