  <p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic psychologist to join two innovative services in Swindon: the Primary Care Complex Emotional Needs Service (PC CEN) and the Primary Care Liaison Service (PCLS).   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This role is currently structured as three days per week in PC CEN and two days per week in PCLS. However, we would consider applicants who are interested in applying for either part of the role.</p>
<p>As PC CEN Psychologist, you will lead the locality team as the service expands, overseeing therapists and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners (MHWPs) to deliver safe, evidence-based interventions for clients with complex emotional needs and complex PTSD. You will also provide these interventions to a small caseload of service users.</p>
<p>As PCLS Psychologist, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, formulation, brief interventions, and signposting for a wide range of mental health presentations. This part of the role is linked to the Swindon Psychological Therapies Service (PTS), which includes a trainee Clinical Associate Psychologist (CAP) and is actively developing its psychological offer.</p>

  <p>The Luton and Bedfordshire Liaison and Diversion Service (L&amp;DS) are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Senior Assistant Psychologist to join our team on an 18 month fixed term contract. The post will be for 30 hours per week. Weekly supervision will be provided by a Clinical Psychologist.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate for the post will have experience of working in a mental health care setting as an Assistant Psychologist. Previous experience of working with forensic clients or hard to reach clients would be desirable. In terms of skills, we are particularly looking for applicants who are confident, resilient, reflective, willing to learn, and able to operate with a high level of autonomy. We are also looking for applicants who embrace and have experience of collaborative working with partner agencies, service users and carers, and who have a keen interest in working with police, probation and other public sector organisations.</p>

  <p>Would you like to lead on an exciting opportunity to set up a brand new autism consultation pathway in North Lincolnshire. Are you passionate about ensuring patients receive high quality support which is autism informed. If so, this post might be for you. </p> <p>We are looking to recruit a permanent Band 8b Practitioner Psychologist who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to join our Neurodiversity Directorate. You will support our mental health wards and community pathways by offering specialist case supervision and consultation. There will be opportunities to offer training to staff and support with organisational change. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will be responsible for the clinical leadership of a new consultation and supervision pathway which will include incorporating al aspects of clinical governance, and provision of high-quality clinical supervision. </p> <p>The post holder will be responsible for the systematic development and provision of a highly specialist autism consultation offer for the mental health teams and wards in the North Lincs area.. </p> <p>The post holder will develop and provide support that meets the agreed neurodiversity service priorities. This will include training/supervision of other team members and the provision of consultancy and supervision work for the assurance of improving the quality of care our mental health professionals offer our autistic community. </p> <p>The post holder will provide consultation around risk assessments and advice on risk managements, and the provision of psychological advice and consultation to others involved in patients care.</p> <p>The post holder will also supervise and support other neurodiversity practitioners and colleagues with governance responsibility for monitoring quality of practice.</p> <p>The post holder will work closely with the Consultant Psychologist, Lead Nurse and Service Manager for the Adult Neurodiversity Pathway in contributing to the strategic development of the directorate.</p> <p>The post holder will aim to evaluate the outcomes of the new pathway </p> <p><em>We reserve the right to close the vacancy early if there are a high amount of applications</em></p>
