Are you an experienced Psychologist looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference and changes lives for the better?&nbsp; You will be working 22.5 hours per week as Part-time Clinical Psychologist, at Pinhoe View, a 36 bed Acute Inpatient Hospital in Exeter and enjoy support from a regional network of healthcare professionals.&nbsp; 

You will be working leading the psychology department and working alongside members of the Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT), to offer patient-centred care, implementing daily, meaningful activities which can support recovery.
This entails competently assessing unwell service users, including completing assessments, planning and implementing person-centred interventions and the ongoing evaluation of their care and treatment.
You will be required to oversee the provision of the psychology service, as well as supporting the team in facilitating assessment and formulation interventions and psychology groups in collaboration with the team.

As a Psychologist you will be:
<ul type="disc">
 <li>Participating in the assessment of referrals, and to provide initial assessment service users referred to the service.</li>
 <li>Undertaking high quality direct (assessment &amp; therapeutic) and indirect (consultative, advisory, and evaluative) specialist psychological interventions and making autonomous clinical decisions.</li>
 <li>Working therapeutically with service users with complex presentations, undertake the assessments using a broad range of structured psychometric and semi structured clinical methods.</li>
 <li>Formulating and implementing plans of specialist psychological treatment or management of patients’ mental health needs based on a multi-factorial psychological understanding and current evidence based best practise.</li>
 <li>Being professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of clinical work and care.</li>
 <li>Maintaining high standards of care in all areas of practice and in accordance the HCPC Code of Conduct,&nbsp;professional guidelines&nbsp;and Company Policies and Procedures.</li>

&nbsp;To be successful in this role, you'll need:

 <li>Have BPS recognised psychology degrees</li>
 <li>Be HCPC registered</li>
 <li>Have understanding evidence-based psychological practice</li>
 <li>Have experience of applying psychological knowledge to a&nbsp;clinical setting</li>
 <li>Be experienced working with clients with cognitive deficits</li>
 <li>Have previous experience of conducting research and project working&nbsp;</li>
