  <p>An opportunity has arisen to recruit a CAMHS Clinical Specialist to the Southwark CAMHS Early Help Team (Tier 2 generic) for a fixed term contract covering a maternity leave.</p>
<p>The post holder will carry out initial assessments and offer treatment according to their clinical and professional back ground and training. It is important that the successful candidate has substantial experience of working with children and young people with complex mental health difficulties in a CAMHS setting. Experience working therapeutically with children and young people with Neurodevelopmental conditions is essential.</p>
  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Participate as a multi-disciplinary team member in the setting and reviewing of therapeutic aims, objectives, standards and strategies to provide a high standard of care to clients and their families.</p>
<p>Assume responsibility for own case list and case management of children, adolescents and families who are determined to be at mild to moderate risk.</p>
<p>Undertake all duties in line with the professional Codes of Professional Conduct, and maintain professional registration requirements for the post according to discipline/profession.</p>
<p>You will manage your own caseload and work within a team but will have freedom to act within the service framework and Trust operational policies.</p>

  <p>This is an exciting arts therapies opportunity with Newham Arts Therapies, working with adult service users with complex mental health needs, in hospital and the community. The clinical provision is to cover for maternity leave, and may include individual and group work. You will be well supported with supervision from very experienced arts therapies clinicians. You will be part of a well-established arts therapies, and specialist psychotherapy service. We are looking for interested applicants who can work autonomously and be part of a very committed team. Team meetings take place on Wednesdays, 9.30-11am online. This full-time fixed-term role may be split across more than one modality, days to be negotiated accordingly.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will work as part of Newham Arts Therapies, offering clinical provision, including assessment, individual and group work, to in-patient and community service users with complex mental health needs. This work takes place in different locations, including Newham Centre for Mental Health, 409 High Street and other community locations, and will include picking up ongoing referrals, and setting up of some new work in the community. You will be qualified and registered as an Arts Therapist (art psychotherapy, dramatherapy, music therapy and dance movement psychotherapy), with work experience relevant to the role. We are looking for committed and enthusiastic applicants who want to work as part of a team and contribute meaningfully to service user experience and recovery.</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Clinical Genetics &amp; Genomics Laboratory (CGGL), based at the Royal Brompton Hospital, part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. The Royal Brompton &amp; Harefield NHS hospitals are the largest heart &amp; lung centres in the UK and among the largest in Europe. We are a partnership of two specialist hospitals which are known throughout the world for our expertise, standard of care and research success.</p>
<p>The CGGL is a genomics diagnostic lab, providing state-of-the-art specialist cardiac &amp; respiratory NGS-based genetic testing as part of the London South Genomics Laboratory Hub (LS GLH).</p>
<p>We are looking for a motivated Clinical Scientist, with extensive experience in human molecular genetic diagnostics, excellent interpersonal skills, to join our group. The successful candidate will have the ability to critically analyse and interpret scientific data, and compile comprehensive, integrated genomic reports.</p>
<p>Applicants should have good computing skills, be capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. They should have good organisational skills, be able to work methodically with great attention to detail &amp; have a strong interest in driving and improving the quality of diagnostic services.   <p>The Rainbow Mother and Baby Unit is a specialist 6 bedded unit. The unit provides mental health care and treatment for women during the late stages of pregnancy and up to one year after the birth of their baby.</p> <p>The Rainbow Unit aims to:</p> <ul>  <li>Deliver the highest quality of care to mothers and theirbabies in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.</li>  <li>Maintain the safety of all mothers and their babies whilst treating the mother's mental illness.</li>  <li>Offer support to the families and carers involved in the mother's and or baby's care.</li>  <li>Help sustain the developing relationship between mother, baby and other family members.</li> </ul>  <p>Through the understanding of the Peer Support Worker (PSW) in relation to lived experiences within inpatient settings, the hope and reflection of recovery can be promoted within perinatal services</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Using your own lived experiences, the role of the Peer Support Worker (PSW) is to support and understand the impact of accessing services when experiencing mental health challenges.</p>
<p>As a PSW, you will work collaboratively with service users and the wider MDT to support the implementing of care and promoting recovery.</p>
<p>You will provide support and understanding to care givers and family members whilst underpinning recovery principles and socially inclusive practice</p>
<p>PSW's can support in building therapeutic relationships with service users to promote choice, offer advocacy support and understanding of position through lived experiences of being admitted to a Mother and Baby Unit.</p>
