  <p>Calling Mental Health Nurses (RMNs), Occupational Therapists, Psychological Therapists and other mental health professionals with experience of primary and secondary mental health care! This is an exciting role overseeing and working with a duty team, focused on supporting patients to access primary care services safely.</p> <p>NHS West Sussex Talking Therapies (previously known as IAPT) is nationally recognised as a high performing talking therapies service, with a reputation for clinical excellence, innovation and collaborative working with secondary care and voluntary services. We provide a range of NICE compliant psychological therapies for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, and achieve excellent recovery outcomes for our patients.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The management of screening relevant self and professional referrals is carried out by a team of Duty Workers. You will provide duty cover when needed, work alongside the Clinical Leadership team, and existing Duty and be responsible for the organisation and delivery of the established NHS West Sussex Talking Therapies duty rota. The system provides advice and support to our staff (CBT Therapists/Counsellors, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) and our Administrative Team) about all aspects of clinical risk, supporting robust risk management and safeguarding processes across the service.</p>
<p>The Mental Health Risk and Referral Manager will have substantial client contact by telephone, often talking with people who may be distressed, to help screen client suitability for the service and make referrals where appropriate into secondary mental health services. You will manage the interface between NHS West Sussex Talking Therapies and secondary mental health care services.</p>
<p>We have bases in Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Crawley and Horsham and are open to discussing the applicant's base preference. You will report to the Deputy Clinical Lead and engage with the new West Sussex Triage Hub, an exciting new multi-agency approach to management of referrals to services, using the Community Mental Health Framework for Adults and Older Adults' "No wrong front door" approach.</p>

  <p>We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate your commitment to providing high quality care in Counselling for depression at Step 3 within Mind Matters Surrey, NHS Talking Therapies Service. You will be delivering counselling for depression at Step 3 following a stepped care model in line with the national Talking Therapies programme and latest NICE guidance for psychological interventions. The role involves delivering one to one Counselling, Assessments and therapeutic groups.</p>
<p>You must have completed or nearly completed the training in the Person Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CFD) IAPT with experience of working within a Talking Therapies service.</p>
<p>Applicants who have already successfully completed the PCE-CfD training will start at a band 7.</p>

<p>Hillingdon Mental Health Support Team is looking for a <strong>Qualified</strong> <strong>EMHP or Generic Mental Health Practitioner</strong> who has experience of working with Children and Young People in Mental Health Services in the provision of individual and group treatments. <p>Mental health professionals with post graduate training in a recognised therapy modality and experience of working with CYP may also apply.   <p>Mind Matters Surrey Talking Therapies NHS are looking to recruit full time Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners</p>
<p>The post will be a blend of in person and remote working. The post-holder will be required to work up to two days per week in Epsom or Leatherhead ) and remotely the remainder of the week. There are opportunities to work with people in face to face clinics and across teams and telephone.</p>
<p>Successful applicants with sufficient post qualifying experience will be given the opportunity for further development in Long Term Conditions Training, Supervision Training and a variety of Champion and lead roles across the Step 2 Team. Newly qualified candidates can join our new preceptorship programme where we support and develop our newly qualified staff, gently easing them into their qualified roles.</p>
<p>All PWPs provide assessments and deliver high volume, low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy guided self-help interventions to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. In addition, all PWPs are trained to offer silver cloud assisted therapy treatment sessions and deliver a specialist group each week.</p>

  <p>As a PWP, your main duties will be to conduct assessments with people experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, identifying areas for change, and identifying what the most appropriate treatment pathways would be.</p>

All Mind Matters Surrey staff attend a quarterly CPD and Team meeting which can count towards professional CPD.</p> <p>Mind Matters Surrey Talking Therapies services provides Talking Therapies treatments between 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Thursday and office hours Friday .
