You will work closely with the Voluntary sector to address health inequalities by interfacing between VSCE providers and Care Group services.</p> <p>You will champion peer support across the Trust, inter-organisationally and nationally, and provide training, presentation and representation of peer support as appropriate.</p> <p>You will take responsibility for the professional leadership of all lived experience roles within forensics and lead and complete key peer support project work as agreed including initiating, researching, liaison with others, developing and delivery.</p>

  <p>As the forensic professional lead you will be part of the trust wide lived experience leads team contributing towards the strategic development of peer support working across the Trust and representing the needs of the patient population in forensics. .</p> <p>You will provide professional leadership for peer support workers and other lived experience peer roles across Forensic Mental Health Services.</p> <p>You will work in collaboration with the Trust Recovery Lead Partner / Wellbeing and Recovery College Service Manager and the Knowledge and Understanding Framework (KUF) Trainer to ensure the leadership, development and support of the lived experience peer support workers at the Trust, and those based with Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) partner organisations</p> <p>You will be working closely with clinical colleagues to promote, develop and embed the principles of recovery orientated practice across forensic mental health services and supporting the development and ongoing delivery of the System's Peer Support provision.</p>

  <p>We are seeking to recruit a full-time Band 8B Principal Applied Psychologist in Adult Community Mental Health (Planned Care) at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHFT).   <p>We are seeking to recruit a full-time Band 8a Senior Applied Psychologist in Adult Community Mental Health (Planned Care) at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHFT).   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As Duty Coordinator, you will accept referrals into the service and make decisions on the suitability of those referrals. Establishing a pathway for referrers and patients, you will act as a point of contact for external professionals and service users when they are seeking help or advice.</p> <p>The post-holder will be expected to contribute to the development and maintenance of the service and meet performance standards for output and clinical outcomes.</p> <p>The Duty Coordinator is not expected to carry a caseload of clients, and will instead support staff to work with IAPT-appropriate cases for which they have received suitable training. The post is suitable for Mental Health practitioners from multiple professions (e.g. Nursing, Mental Health Therapists, Psychology).</p>

Mental Health Duty Coordinator

  <p>We have a exciting vacancy that has arisen for newly qualified or early career Clinical or Counselling Psychologist within our Integrated Community Care and Recovery (ICCR) Services working across two of our service areas with adults with mental health difficulties in the community. The post will be 0.5 with a vibrant community mental health team and 0.5 with the enhanced team for personality disorders, both located in the Solihull Hub . This is an ideal post to apply your full range of psychological skills and knowledge including consultation, training, supervision, service development, leadership and research in addition to direct clinical work.</p>
<p>We are looking for a suitably experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologists (or equivalent applied Psychological Practitioners). Based on experience, this post can either be offered at a Band 8a or a Band 7/ 8a Preceptorship arrangement. Applicants from final year trainees in a Preceptorship arrangement are welcome.</p>
<p>It is a stimulating time in the service as the post-holders will be part of multi-professional teams supporting the Transformation of our Community Services in BSMHFT as part of the NHS Long Term Plan.</p>
