  <p><strong>The Primary Care Complex Emotional Needs Service</strong> is brief psychological service aimed at improving the lives of people who may struggle with emotional and relational difficulties associated with a diagnosis of personality disorder.</p>
<p>With additional investment we are now extending our support to individuals with Complex PTSD (cPTSD), bridging the gap between primary care and secondary mental health services. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner (MHWP) to join our team to provide brief interventions and co-facilitate therapeutic groups for clients with complex emotional needs and cPTSD.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will deliver well-being focused brief interventions to individuals with CPTSD and other complex emotional difficulties.</p>
<p>In addition to providing time limited brief interventions, you will co-facilitate psychoeducational groups working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, trauma-informed care.</p>
<p>You will also be supported to join our training team which has a mandate to provide training to other AWP services on assessing and formulating clients with complex emotional needs.</p>

  <p>We are a small supportive Psychological Therapies team, working across Stroud and Cirencester. We currently consist of two Clinical Psychologists, an Art Psychotherapist, CBT Nurse Therapist and a Clinical Associate Psychologist.   <p><strong>This role is offered on a permanent basis</strong><strong>. The hours are part-time, 22.5 hours per week.</strong></p>  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Perinatal Mental Health Team due to current post holder leaving.</p> <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Psychological Practitioner (Psychologist, Adult Psychotherapist, Arts Psychotherapist or CBT Therapist) to join our well-established MDT working in the Perinatal Mental Health Service.</p> <p>The Perinatal Mental Health Service provides evidence based care for women, their infants and their families, in line with the commitments set out in the NHS Long Term plan. The service prioritises access and care for women with moderate to severe mental health difficulties and works closely with general adult services, maternity, primary care and social care.</p> <p>While this post will primarily focus on delivering psychological interventions to individuals and families (both directly and by supervising and supporting MDT colleagues) there will also be scope for delivering training, teaching and consultation to other professionals.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and engaged Psychological Interventions team and will receive regular supervision and CPD as well as informal support.</p>

  <ul>  <li>To be responsible for promoting the psychological health and well-being of women within the perinatal service and to provide specialist advice guidance to other staff members when required.</li>  <li>To provide of high-quality evidence-based psychological treatments to women with complex co-morbidity, providing individually tailored psychological treatment programmes addressing problems such as severe depression and anxiety, perinatal obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, personality disorder and psychosis.   <p>The Radiology Department undertakes approximately 251,300 examinations a year ranging over a variety of modalities. The department supports the development of your clinical skills and education, we encourage staff CPD.</p>

  <p>We are very excited to be able to offer a full-time senior support worker post covering the Cirencester Recovery team based at Cirencester Memorial Centre &amp; Stroud Recovery Team based at Weavers Croft. The role will involve working across these two sites.</p> <p>The post would mainly involve active participation and responsibility in working within the well-established South Clozapine clinic which serves patients prescribed this medication who live in the South locality and lead responsibility for a defined caseload of Recovery patients with suitable risk and complexity, mainly who access the clinic.
