  <p>At Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care, our unique care provides a lifeline of compassion and support to patients, carers, and families facing progressive life-limiting illness.

We provide palliative and end of life care support, including bereavement services, within Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire and our patient services are available to adults, as well as patients transitioning into adult services (16 to 25 years).</p><p>Bereavement support is offered for all ages to families of patients and those around them, as well as throughout the community, in schools and workplaces.

We are proud to offer care in the place that best suits the individuals needs, whether that is at home, in a care home, in a short stay in our inpatient unit, out in the community, or in our purpose-built Living Well Centre facilities.   <ul>  <li>To work as a member of a countywide Eating Disorders Service across Hertfordshire.</li>  <li>To supervise and support our band 6 dietitian within CEDS</li>  <li>To undertake a comprehensive dietetic assessment of eating disorder service users including those with diverse or highly complex presentation/multiple pathologies in order to identify their nutritional problems and needs and ensure that a holistic approach is taken. This includes identification of nutrition and dietetic diagnoses, a plan for nutrition and dietetic intervention and monitoring and reviewing the implementation of the plan.</li>  <li>To offer a range of dietetic interventions appropriate to eating disorders, disordered eating and associated comorbidities.</li>  <li>To advise on and supervise prescribed diets assessing, recording and reporting desired and non-desired effects.</li>  <li>To provide clinical support to the Eating Disorder Service with respect to dietary care</li>  <li>To liaise with specialist eating disorder units in preparation for discharge, when possible</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>To act as an advocate for the service user and family ensuring the provision of appropriate information and support services.</li>  <li>To recognize the need when to request the help of the other members of the multi-disciplinary team.</li>  <li>To support the co-ordination of treatment plans within the caseload to ensure a high standard of multidisciplinary care.</li> </ul> <p> To participate in the planning of transition from children's to adult eating disorders services where needed.</p>

  <p>Mental Health in Schools Support Team (MHST) Educational Mental Health Practitioner</p> <p>X4 Posts Band 4 Full-Time</p> <p>City &amp; Hackney CAMHS are excited to be recruiting to 4 x full time posts as Educational Mental Health Practitioners in Schools Support Team. This service commenced in September 2019 and it has now received funding to increase the number of MHSTs in City &amp; Hackney as part of Wave 14 roll out January 2026.</p> <p>In line with the government's priority to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people, the Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) role is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors in England.</p> <p>Successful candidates will be offered a full-time educational programme specifically for the role. The course fees are fully funded, and the salary support for the job post will be funded at NHS Agenda for Change (AfC) at beginning Band 4. You will gain credits towards completing with a postgraduate degree diploma level qualification, with potential for employment on completion of training with a starting salary projected to be based on the NHS AfC Band scale. Re-banding to Band 5 will be subject to successful completion of diploma.</p> <p><strong>NB. A permanent position cannot be guaranteed within City &amp; Hackney CAMHS post qualification, however it may be possible depending on the service needs at that time.</strong></p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Under supervision and with support, to develop knowledge and practice skills in:</p> <p> Delivering evidence-based intervention for children and young people,with mild to moderate mental health problems, in an <strong>education setting.</strong></p> <p> Helping children and young people within these settings who present with more severe problems to rapidly access more specialist service.</p> <p> Supporting and facilitating staff in education settings to identify, and where appropriate, manage issues related to mental health and wellbeing.</p> <p> Working with and within educational environments to *afford better access to specialist mental health services</p> <p> To evidence development of those skills with associated knowledge acquisition to record and evidence progression towards an academic award and demonstrable practical ability.</p>
