Training, supervision and special interests groups are available to enhance your competencies in delivering specific therapeutic interventions including FT-AN, CBT (including CBT-E), NET etc.</p> <p>As a more senior member of the team supervision, consultation and leadership are key and training and development opportunities related to this are multiple.</p> <p>You'll be spending your time in our Specialist Eating Disorders Team. The CAMHS teams are multidisciplinary and you will be part of a psychological therapies workforce that includes a Consultant Psychologist, band 7 Psychologist, clinical associate Psychologists, Trainee Psychologists, CBT Trainees / Therapists and Children's Wellbeing Practitioners.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Working as part of our multi-disciplinary team, which consists of Psychologists, Family therapists, Psychotherapists, Children's Wellbeing Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists, and in a team where a number of specialist clinics are offered eg LD, NDC, FT, ED, you will find plenty of opportunities to learn from colleagues and share expertise.</p>
<p>On a day-to-day basis, you will be working within the CAMHS Eating Disorder Service ensuring the systemic provision of a high-quality specialist clinical psychology service to clients with eating disorders and complex mental health problems including severe, enduring and multiple disorders. You undertaking mental health assessments, formulating, risk assessing and devising evidence-based care plans for children and young people (CYP). Collaborative working is key and we are proud of the relationships the team has with partner agencies including Salisbury District Hospital.</p>
<p>We have a strong psychology network and professional leadership across the 5 CAMHS teams in BSW (Bath and Northeast Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire) and strong links with the Doctoral Training course at Bath University.</p>

Acute Peer Support Worker

<p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring individual with a passion for improving care for young people with mental health difficulties to join our Salisbury CAMHS team and support our Salisbury CAMHS Liaison team.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the dynamic Fareham and Gosport Community Therapy Team. You will work across both Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy to deliver high quality care and rehabilitation to patients with a range of functional and rehabilitative needs in line with holistic community practice.</p><p>The post holder will be responsible for their own caseload, working within a scope of practice under the direction/supervision of a registered practitioner, therefore being able to demonstrate experience of working in a therapy role is required.</p><p>You will need to be a motivated individual, who is good at working within a busy team environment.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Band 6 Neurological Occupational Therapy rotation. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge within a varied and complex neurological caseload across the continuum of care from the acute setting into the community. We are passionate about the role of Occupational Therapy in neurology with a key focus in all areas on occupational focused assessment and intervention.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong>This position would involve 12 month rotations in the following clinical areas:</strong></p><p>Lotus Rehabilitation Centre- a 26 bedded rehabilitation unit providing specialist multidisciplinary rehabilitation for adults with stroke or complex neurological needs</p><p>Acute Neurology Team- A neuro specialist MDT delivering assessment and intervention for patients with a broad range of neurological conditions. Our input can start on ICU and continues through to the acute wards making the caseload interesting and varied.</p><p>Hyper acute and Acute Stroke Unit- a 34 bedded unit, one of the largest in the country, working in a strong integrated therapy team to deliver early assessments and interventions to stroke patients.</p><p>In each rotation you will be working as a part of an integrated multidisciplinary team. You will be supervised and supported by a specialist band 7 Occupational Therapist, this will include regular supervision, 1:1 joint patient sessions and individualised training. This position will offer opportunities for junior staff supervision, participation in quality improvement project and audits. Regular in house training is provided as well as peer support across the neurological pathway. There is also the opportunity to apply for specialist CPD external funding to further enhance and develop your skills within neurology.</p>

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 8a Psychologist to clinically lead the psychological service as well as having an active involvement in wider service improvement and delivery projects.</p><p>We have a track record of innovation and service development which we strive to maintain and improve upon, being one of few services accredited by both the QNFMHS and QNLD. We have adapted and implemented the Good Lives Model of care to support a service-user led service whilst informing an individualised plan of care. The Multidisciplinary team are enthusiastic to work in a psychologically informed ethos supporting psychological models of care that are in place, including formulation, Positive Behaviour Support and more recently our adapted Dialectical Behaviour Therapy service to encourage a trauma-informed approach.</p><p>Close links exist with the Southampton Clinical Psychology Doctoral Training Programme.   <p>As well as being clinical lead for the Ashford low secure service, there will also be opportunities to undertake discrete complex pieces of work within our multidisciplinary Forensic Community Learning Disability Team (FCLDT) as well as leading the main CBT informed group psychological programmes across the two teams.</p><p>The role will allow you to administer a variety of neuropsychological and psychological assessments in addition to practicing direct therapy approaches and conducting comprehensive risk assessments.
