  <p>We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist or Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT) to work as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team.</p> <p>You should be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm and willingness to work proactively in both multi-disciplinary teams and within a multi-agency context. This role provides excellent opportunities for developing your skills in both direct and indirect team working, within a supportive team of experienced psychological therapists. </p> <p>The job will involve working alongside experienced MDT colleagues to offer one-to-one evidence-based psychological interventions to service users and their families, contributing to and delivering group work. The role also includes joint and indirect work with colleagues (team formulation, staff training, support and consultation around psychological issues); and appropriate audit, service development, evaluation and research activities as required. </p> <p>The post will suit a candidate with experience of work with adults with complex presentations, such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, complex trauma and personality difficulties. The psychological therapies team includes both clinical psychologists and CBT psychotherapists who offer a range of interventions including CAT, CBT, EMDR, ACT, family work, DBT-informed work, and CFT. The post would provide excellent opportunities in terms of developing specialist skills in psychological models of care.</p>

  <p>We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Psychotherapist with relevant experience to join our Home Treatmentservice in Sheffield. The teams work with a range of partner agencies, including GP's and VCSE organisations, to deliver interventions and treatment to people with a range of mental health difficulties in crisis including those with serious mental illness with a focus on reducing risk and avoiding hospital admission. The successful candidate will join a large team of supportive multi-professionals alongside clinical and forensic psychologists, psychotherapists and clinical associate psychologists within the acute, crisis and inpatient psychology team.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of supporting people at risk of hospital admission to receive specialist care at home. There are ongoing opportunities in the service to shape the psychology clinical pathway and the successful applicant will be actively involved in 'Home First' development. The post holder will maintain a clinical caseload, provide clinical supervision, reflective practice and debrief for staff and will actively work with the other psychology lead to deliver a highly specialist service. The psychology team is research active and has close links with Sheffield University.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To provide highly specialist psychological assessments based a variety of sources including psychological and psychometric tests, self-report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi-structured interviews with service users, family members and others involved in the person's care.</p> <p>To formulate and implement plans for the formal psychological treatment and/or management of a service user's problems.</p> <p>To be responsible for implementing a range of specialist psychological interventions for individuals, carers, families and groups, adjusting and refining psychological formulations drawing upon different explanatory models and maintaining a number of different provisional hypotheses.</p> <p>To provide highly specialist psychological advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals.</p> <p>To contribute to a psychologically based framework of understanding and care to the benefit of all users of the service.</p> <p>To undertake risk assessment and risk management for individual service users and to provide advice to other professions on psychological aspects of risk assessment and risk management.</p> <p>To provide clinical supervision to less experienced qualified clinical psychologists/therapists, counsellors, clinical associates, assistant(s), or other professionals.</p> <p>To contribute to the development, research, service evaluation and audit.</p>

If it is identified that you require sponsorship to undertake this role your application may be withdrawn </strong></p> <p>The Inclusion Directorate with Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation currently provides Psychosocial Substance Misuse Teams into prisons across Yorkshire. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our team at HMP New Hall. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Recovery Worker to join our team.</p> <p>Working in prisons is both challenging and rewarding. This is an opportunity to work with some very interesting people with complex substance misuse needs. Working in prisons is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference to the lives of people who are often disadvantaged and vulnerable.</p> <p>As a Recovery Worker you will need to have a sound knowledge of substance misuse and the barriers and issues faced by those affected.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>
<li>To provide a range of low, medium and high intensity interventionsto those people experiencing substance misuse problems.</li>
<li>To work in a custodial environment delivering a high quality drug and alcohol recovery service in response to need.</li>
<li>To provide a range of psycho-social interventions motivating and supporting people to achieve recovery and positive outcomes within a recovery-orientated substance misuse treatment service.</li>
<li>To work in collaboration with clinical prescribing services to ensure the needs of each service user is met.</li>
<li>To provide a drug and alcohol recovery service (incorporating assessment, recovery planning, casework coordination and psycho-social interventions) to people located within the prison establishment.</li>
