Are you passionate about ensuring patients receive high quality support which is autism informed. If so, this post might be for you. </p> <p>We are looking to recruit a permanent Band 8b Practitioner Psychologist who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to join our Neurodiversity Directorate. You will support our mental health wards and community pathways by offering specialist case supervision and consultation. There will be opportunities to offer training to staff and support with organisational change. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will be responsible for the clinical leadership of a new consultation and supervision pathway which will include incorporating al aspects of clinical governance, and provision of high-quality clinical supervision. </p> <p>The post holder will be responsible for the systematic development and provision of a highly specialist autism consultation offer for the mental health teams and wards in the North Lincs area.. </p> <p>The post holder will develop and provide support that meets the agreed neurodiversity service priorities. This will include training/supervision of other team members and the provision of consultancy and supervision work for the assurance of improving the quality of care our mental health professionals offer our autistic community. </p> <p>The post holder will provide consultation around risk assessments and advice on risk managements, and the provision of psychological advice and consultation to others involved in patients care.</p> <p>The post holder will also supervise and support other neurodiversity practitioners and colleagues with governance responsibility for monitoring quality of practice.</p> <p>The post holder will work closely with the Consultant Psychologist, Lead Nurse and Service Manager for the Adult Neurodiversity Pathway in contributing to the strategic development of the directorate.</p> <p>The post holder will aim to evaluate the outcomes of the new pathway </p> <p><em>We reserve the right to close the vacancy early if there are a high amount of applications</em></p>

  <p>An opportunity has arisen to work in an exciting and dynamic service providing high intensity psychological interventions for the North Lincs Talking Therapies team.</p>
<p>We are looking for a psychotherapeutic counsellor who has the energy, enthusiasm, and skills to join our team who is committed to making a difference within the RDaSH Talking Therapies service. The service has been well established providing a stepped care, evidenced-based model for the treatment of people with common mental health problems. You will be hard-working and able to meet specified targets, in order to deliver a high quality talking therapies service.</p>
<p><strong>It is essential for applicants to be trained in the NHS Talking Therapies counselling modality Counselling for Depression, and hold relevant registration/accreditation.</strong></p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To provide a qualified specialist psychological therapy service to clients in the modality of Counselling for Depression. This involves providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy, within one or more psychological therapy models specified by the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual.</p>
<p>It will involve supervision of other colleagues as appropriate.</p>
<p>The post holder works autonomously within professional guidelines and within the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures. To utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development and research within the area served by the team/service.</p>

  <p>As a Bank Administrator you will provide administrative and hygiene specific support to our The Ironstone Centre, Scunthorpe, and our Cromwell Road Primary Care Centre, Grimsby, well as providing fantastic customer service to our service users who are attending Dermatology appointments with us.</p><p>Our Service provides Dermatology and Skin Cancer care to service users within the Oldham area. We are classed as being a secondary care service offering a full range of dermatology related services.</p><p>You will work in conjunction with our friendly and welcomingclinical and managerial teams to ensure appointment capacity is utilised and the timeliness of patient appointments is monitored and you'll carry out clerical duties to ensure a comprehensive and efficient administrative support service.</p><p>You will be based at our clinic in Scunthorpe with requirements to work across our Cromwell Road Primary Care Centre, Grimsby, which operate Monday Friday between 8am - 5:30pm.</p><p>This role may close early due to a high number of applicants</p>
