Employment Specialists also provide advice on benefits and contact potential employers. They work with clients to make a plan for returning to work and, once in work, provide ongoing support to address any issues or challenges encountered. </p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The role of Employment Specialist is extremely varied and rewarding. You will be part of a clinical team, ensuring the right package of support for clients and keeping detailed and accurate records. You will also be building relationships with employers and other partners, to get the best outcomes for your clients. </p>
<p>We need people who are assertive and adaptable, with a positive attitude about employment for all and excellent networking and interpersonal skills. You don't need to have experience in employment support, but you do need to be willing to learn new skills, with a positive and supportive attitude and a passion for working with people. You also need to be confident with IT, keeping detailed and accurate records of your client work.</p>

  <p>We are proud to be developing new roles for Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners to join our experienced workforce in Hertfordshire.</p>
<p>The post holder will have a desire to develop their skills in working with adults with severe and enduring mental illness, some of whom will have not had previous access to psychologically informed interventions.</p>
<p>The post-holder will work collaboratively with service users, their families, carers, and multi-disciplinary team members to provide assessment, care planning and coordination of care, supporting collaborative decision-making about care and treatment.</p>
<p>The post holder will support the delivery of a set of wellbeing-focused psychologically informed interventions, aligned to cognitive-behavioural principles, based on the best evidence available, that address problems often experienced by people with severe mental health problems under the supervision of a clinical/counselling psychologist or CBT therapist, where this is identified in personalised care planning and support.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
   <p>You'll provide a specialist and caring CBT service to our clients who are primarily suffering mild to moderate mental health problems, including anxiety and depression. This will include providing specialist CBT therapy, facilitating CBT groups and supporting PWPs to facilitate community and/or in-house workshops.</p> <p>In addition, this role also involves providing advice on clients' psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues and carers, and supervising other colleagues including trainee therapists and PWPs and trainees from other professional groups as appropriate.</p> <p>You will be based in the Isleworth Centre team base and Health Centres in the London Borough of Hounslow, as well as home working.</p> <p>This role will include working with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary, and you will be passionate about providing an equal opportunity for all clients to access our services.</p>  <p>Please see the attached Job Pack for full details about this role.</p>  <p>.</p>   <h3>About us</h3>
